As a mother your main concern is always the well being of your child.especially when there sick. I am so happy to have a doctor whose as concerned for his patient as well as there loved ones. he truly fufills the name of what a pediatrician is! a complete and utter professional whose very detailed in his line of work. and will walk with you step by step on how to get your child in better health.I am more than happy i am completely satisfied.

I went to see this doctor and he was extremely rude, He even went on to say that I should go see his colleague for a consultation even if I had to "sell the clothes off my back" if he didnt accept my insurance. Those were his words exactly. I have never met a more unpleasant doctor in my life, He talks down to his patients and their parents. I dont know about his medical abilities but I certainly would not want to stick around to find out.

Dr. Bertran is a no nonsense kind of Doctor. If you have thin skin, or are not ready to be confronted by a doctor who truly cares, but is a bit rough around the edges, then maybe you can go to another who will not necessarily tell you how it is. Hes firm with parents, but very loving and caring to children. Very professional and knowledgeable. My kids have been his patients for 8 years. I wouldnt change our pediatrician.

Dr.Bertrans office apparently closed permanently on June 16th. We did not get a call or mail regarding this. How do I obtain my kids medical records now? the office phone number only says the office will be closing on June 16th. the voicemail is full. What can I do, any ideas who to contact?
