My experience with Osceola Urology was once again awful! Twenty min prior to the scheduled appt, they called my cell trying to re-schedule my appt yet again. They re-scheduled twice prior. Once I arrived for my 2:00 pm appt, I had to wait 90 min for the physician to see me-unacceptable! Their ability to service the customer in a timely and a consistent manner is the worst Ive ever had with any physician group in my life. I like my dr but will be forced to find a new physician if it happens again. Osceola Urology needs to figure out who the customer is what good customer service looks like!

Osceloa Urology Associates and Dr. Parnes have treated my father with care and compassion. Dr. Parnes spent a good amount of time explaining to me my fathers medical diagnosis which was greatly appreciated! While they have not always been speedy in their response to our calls; they have likely done the best they can within their abilities and resources.

dr parnes is ok but is office staff is god awful. phone is constantly busy or wont pick up after 50 rings or more. when they do pick up they either hang up on you or leave you on hold for 15 minutes and then hang up on you. worst office ever. impossible to get in touch with by phone.

Dr badalament is good, but the staff is awful they answer the phone after 100 ring and always Ashley say sorry can I put you in hold, the office need more organization they are terrible try the patients
