The office isnt the fanciest and a bit dated by Dr. Mena and her staff are caring and allow the parent to take an active roll in decision making, they do not enforce ridiculous policies that leave the parents with no choice in regards to their childs care. I love them and will be taking our new baby there as well.

She has an awesome staff. Clean bathrooms. Clean office. There are toys and a tv in waiting room to keep kids busy. They care about their patients and send meds to the pharmacy to help get them faster. Bilingual for those who need a bilingual doctor (English and Spanish). Absolutely love their office!

Waited over 2 hours, when I arrived there was No one at the front desk. In was later handed a clip board by a teenager with nothing on it and she walked away. The office was dirty and bathrooms were gross. Highly unprofessional setting they had a bunch of kids working in the office. Will not return.

Hard to get thru to the office by phone sometimes, but have been going to her office with my kids n now grandchild, love Dr Mena, shes awesome.
