Nice clean place. Personnel at admission was nice. The problem was that my mother, a 72 years old, although arrived at scheduled appointment time, wait for 2 hrs and 45 mins to see the physician(Dr.Armando Blanco). previously somebody, may be the assistant( she is not introduced herself), took my mothers blood pressure and was very high. She also do the regular questions at the physician office, and my mother stated she has headache. Finally my mother decide leave the office without be consulted by the Dr. El lugar es limpio, la persona de admisión fué muy cordial. Mi mama, de 72 años, espero por 2 horas y 45 minutos, hasta que decidió irse sin ser atendida. Esto ocurrió, a pesar de que llego a tiempo a su cita, y de que cuando le tomaron la presión, en el examen previo creo que por una asistente( no se identificó), la presión arterial la tenia muy alta y tenia también dolor de cabeza.

Waiting time is terrible!! If your appointment is at 10 AM, show up at 8 so maybe you get to see the Doc, honestly! by 10:30 AM. Valet parking is ridiculous!! I had to wait for 30 minutes so they could park my car. Valet guys were super nice but nothing they could do about the space they have. Once you are inside, first they do is obviously check your insurance, the lady Janette, made me call my insurance because she was saying i had to pay a co-payment, even though i was telling her OVER AND OVER AGAIN that i was there for the annual visit which is complementary! After i spent more than 15 minutes on the phone, she told me "BE CAREFUL WITH WHAT YOU SAY INSIDE THERE BECAUSE IF ITS NOT THE PREVENTIVE CHECK UP WE SEND YOU A BILL!!!!" I could not believe she was saying that!! I was super upset, she knew i didnt have to pay anything and was trying to make me pay for something i did not have to!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Excelente atención desde La Niña de ingresos, que es Tania hasta la doctora y su asistente, me encanto su amabilidad y limpieza del lugar solo mejoraría el tiempo de espera en realidad fue mucho pero igual valió la pena gracias a este gran equipo

The service is horrible! I waited for over 2hours to see a doctor and my son had to be somewhere so I had to call to have someone pick him up after the 2 hour mark so he never got seen for a possible ear infection. People came over an hour after me and were seen before me. I love the doctor (Dr. Katz) so much but the scheduling and service is sub par.

We have dealt with the Dental clinic, very friendly and mostly professional....They mean well and are very passionate and compassionate! They can do better on the waiting time! Valet parking is the main complaint based on the lack of parking......Valet parking personnel are very rude and unapproachable they create more anxiety than solution!
