I have been taking my pets to this clinic for some time now, and I must say, the level of care they have received has been great. So great, that even after I moved out of the area, I still chose to make the almost one hour drive to continue bringing them there. I had an appointment scheduled, and arrived only to be told that they did not have me in the book. It turned out they had me in for two weeks before and that I had no showed. I explained that I never would have said yes to that day because I wouldnt have been able to make it, and even though they said they called to confirm my appt., I never heard a message or saw a missed call. I was told the doctor had said they could not fit me in because they were too busy, and that was that. In all my years of going there, I never no showed on an appt! I have always called if I couldnt make it, and to be brushed off this way, after driving as far as I did just to go to this clinic was not okay. I was visibly upset at the fact that I had put my pets through such a long drive, and they werent even going to be seen by the doctor, but no one really seemed to care. I have had to wait during previous visits when other patients needed to be squeezed in for what ever reason, and I have been patient and understanding. Bottom Line: They treat the animals really well, but the people not so much. I hate to have to go somewhere else, but I wont drive that far again to not have my appointment honored!

I have been bringing my pets to the Warren Animal Clinic since they were in the old office over 20 years ago. My pets healthcare journey began with Dr. Donnas father and I can tell you that Dr. Donna has continued her Dads legacy of kind, compassionate and excellent care for our animals. I trust her diagnosis and treatment plans because I have always seen positive results. Mark and Mrs. Greybeck at the front desk have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful, and never fail to give a call back with the answer to any of my questions in a very timely manner. I would not bring our animals anywhere else and I recommend this clinic without reservation to anyone who is looking for a kind, compassionate, highly skilled veterinarian.

I have been bring my dog there for 5 years and I also moved out of state and still bring her back to see her and my favorite vet. I have never felt uncomfortable there and I have a HUGE pitbull. I have and would recommend this vet to anyone with a dog. I LOVE MY VET!!!
