The office is outdated and has a very strong perfume smell in the air. I walked into a crowded room so it could of been a patent wearing strong cologne but I was there other time and was the only one in the place and the perfume smell was still there. I called my insurance company before my visit to find a dermatologist that takes my insurance. I was told Dr Jules Abadi was covered under my plan. I didnt have my new insurance card but I had my group and member numbers. My insurance company said that would not be a problem and all they have to do is call them. When arriving to my appointment I signed in Took a seat and waited 15 minutes before I was handed new patient forms. I was handed a clip board with a stack of forms. Not just the forms I needed to fill out but all the forms for new patients. I filled out two extra forms before I realize they where the same forms I just filled out. When handing the forms in and explaining to the lady at the window why I did not have my insurance card they gave me attitude making me feel very uncomfortable. I explain all they had to do was call a 1800 that I provided and they will explain everything to them. I was told to set down I sat for other 20 min before I was ask to return to window. The lady said she called and my insurance and it was not excepted at this doctors office. I said they must be some kind of mistake I called my insurance company and they sent me here. She replied I just talk to your insurance company cannot understand a word they were saying because they were Indian and my insurance is not excepted at this doctors office. I was sitting for about 45 minutes I was denied medical treatment and sent home. When I got home my insurance card arrived in the mail and I called my Insurance company again, to give me a list of dermatologists who take my insurance in my area. I called One of the numbers to make appointment for dermatologist who was in the same medical office complex as the one I was just at. I thought was a different Doctor from the one I just saw. On the phone I ask if I was just there gave my name and explain what just happen. They said no and there was other Dermatologist in the medical buildings. I was giving an appointment five days later. When I arrived it was the same doctors office. I had to fill out the same form that was handed to me in a stack of forms. When I spoke to the lady at the window told her there was no record of your office calling my insurance company and the number I gave her was to a call center in North Carolina not India she looked me dead in the eyes and asked me if I was correcting her. I looked at her and said yes and try not to lose my cool cause I just want to see a doctor and not cause a fight. She then went on to Tarrant about how the insurance company will not tell me that because they dont want me to know that they are paying people $.10 an hour to answer the phones. It was more important to her that I was wrong and she was right and not the medical treatment that I needed. I will never go back there again.

Dr Abadi is great. I had a very bad case of psoriasis that was first misdiagnosed as a skin infection by one of those doc in a box places. Then I went to one of those fancy dermatologists in Westbury and it got worse because he wouldnt give me any topical medication. By the time i got to Dr Abadi I was at my wits end. My psoriasis was so bad I looked like an alligator. Well I am happy to say I am about 95% clear of psoriasis thanks to Dr Abadi and his great staff. I can go to the beach and the gym again. Thanks Dr. Abadi.

Horrible experience for a first time patient . Without asking me any history or anything he looked at my hair said Im gonna send u for these blood testsbut I dont think anything is wrong with u but it would be a shame if I didnt test you and you had something . Then on June 24th same day as my appt I went got bloodwprk it is now July 17th and I still dont have my bloodwork results ! Very irritating and I will NEVER go back there . Ive been ran in circles long enough !

Dr. Abadi and his staff were excellent. They were very nice, and clearly put a lot of effort into their service. Had a good amount of time with Dr. Abadi too, and got great answers to any questions I had, bedside manner was excellent and sense of humor was great, I would recommend this doctor.

The receptionists are EXTREMELY rude. They have a snotty attitude and treat everyone like they are dirt. They tell all the patients that they do not accept their insurance when THE NETWORKS say they are contracted. Do not go to this office. They dont even deserve one star.

This doctor berated me in front of my child his staff and the entire waiting room, he told me I was "psychotic" and needed "medication" six times before I left his office. He became agittated when I questioned him about the medical direction he wanted us to go in.

He is a great doctor, would recommed him to a friend. Strongly disagree with the previous comments. Was able to cure me within one visit of seeing him, very kind and caring towards his patients. He really knows what he is talking about

Very nice to my daughter and my family. She was cured in a week after seeing fancy doctors and being tortured with biopsies and scrapings. I cant complain she feels better so Im happy.
