I was referred for 2 irregular moles that were on my back. It was my first dermatologist visit and I was fit in for an appointment quickly.I told the nurse how Ive been dying to have them removed since they made me terribly insecure my back. Unfortunately this wish was drowned out by fear that it would be too painful or finding out It was cancer She told me they may actually remove them. The doctor walked in and started checking my upper body. Mind you I was just sitting there the Entire time with jeans and a bra on so he could see my whole back. I was rather uncomfortable in front of them half dressed. They never offered a gown or even a paper blanket to cover myself with.Next thing The doc told me was I also have an irregular birthmark and he wants to remove all 3....At One Time.... Today!!! I then started sweating profusely because I thought this was just check-up. He would talk to me about If anything looks irregular or could become a problem and go over my options or procedures of removal. Before I knew it,I turned around and saw a Huge Needle he was going to use to numb me.The procedure barely lasted 5 minutes and hurt very little which was Awesome!! My Problem was how unproffesional it was to not go over the procedure with the patient. I couldnt even watch what he did to remove them so I dont event now how it was done.I busy concentrating on not to having a panic attack(one of my medical conditions that was neglected to about) and trying not to vomit because I am entirely uncomfortable and a Complete Wuss around needles. Couldnt even be bothered to ask if I was ok at the End)Also barely briefed with directions about the bacitracin and scar cream the doctor was sending me home with. I was then told I was done and showed the door. I wasnt even told the moles looked cancerous or why removed. Even if they were sending them to be tested.Im not sure when the results will even be back.My whole appointment and everyone there made me feel like an idiot, like Im suppose to know all this. I felt rushed and that they were annoyed by me cause the secretary fit me in today. Almost as if they were going to Leave early and I ruined it all.Do doctors make more $$ off procedures even if unwarranted ??Cause I still have no reason besides its irregular or "just to be sure" why anything was removed.Thank god I remembered my question because they didnt ask me if had a question?? I asked the doc if he could help or prescribe anything for a skin condition that embarrassed me my whole life. Then he handed me a lotion that was $40 freakin dollars. I couldnt afford it. I then was told they were from "His Own Line"of lotions like this was going to change my mind or how poor I was. He didnt offer to even prescribe a similar cream that couldve been covered or maybe just cheaper thru my insurance. To complete this visit I was informed the bacitracin and scar cream were Not Free Samples for the 3 dime size holes in my flesh the doctors made during my procedure. No.... Dr. Watsky was CHARGING me $30 for the scar cream and also a Charge for Bacitracin.I have Great Rx Coverage and I know for a fact Bacitracin is Fully Covered. *So if Anyone Has to get Something Removed from their body rather Painlessly and Quickly Without Any Explanation, Rhyme or Reasoning....Then As a Bonus Offer be Charged $30-$40 for a cream that most likely your insurance will cover through a different Manufacturer... Then this is The Dermatologist You Have been Waiting for

Dr. seems to be good, has his own line of products and thats why i give him 2 stars, when i asked him to prescribe me something that my insurance could cover he said that it was all cosmetic and that insurance dont cover this things, now i ask myself then how thousands of dermatologists treat their patients? went to his office twice and ended up having to buy his products. not coming back for sure.
