For quite some years for Countryside Vet, I found this place to be a lovely one. They are reasonable to schedule my dog in anytime and great with her. The prices are a bit costly, but usually is understandable why and they do allow some set up payment and saved me a lot of trouble. My dog was diagnosed last year with a heart murmur and the vet doctor was generous enough to explain, allows options - even combine options!-, and answers well for anything Id normally ask. They made sure my dog didnt suffer and readily to be there when needed. Up until couple weeks ago, it was a sign and to put my baby down. They were all giving my family and I some times, checked in, see how shes doing, and informs us. They went step by step, checking with anyone in the room on the matter, and very patience with us. The doctor and nurses were so kind and considering for my family and my dog. My dog may not like the vet, but she gotten so used to it there that she knows shed be coming home and Im glad it ease her anxiety until her time. Everything the vet did was out of care, love, nurturing, and understanding. There was one time I got a phone call from them about donated medicines and honestly, I was thankful. I did the same and I am hoping the next person can use it for their dog/baby. The vet and nurses are honest and straightforward, but careful to approach anything that came up. I would definitely recommend the vet to anyone who seeks a place I just described. If anything, I hope my next dog/baby would be heading there in the future. I cannot ever imagine going to another vet much like theirs.

WAS... Liking them. I just started a 2x, 2 days in a row, 5 minute, "on hold" rule. Hire more receptionists. I dont even want to know what I alone have spent there in the past 3 months. 2 years....? Not even, including,"pay up front for stool sample test, and well notify by phone if any problems", (because youve only been here 15-20 times, and we dont think youll pay us, even though youve got 30 minute drive to get to work, and you start in 30 minutes). Still same stool problem BTW is why I was calling. Hate to change, but..., Im changing. UPDATE:Giving benefit of a doubt, I mentioned blood and pencil size stool, and I do remember them saying, "He should be seen", I didn`t have time, so I just dropped off stool sample. )And had to wait in line to pay. Apparently they do not have an X-Ray machine, as I asked one time for his knee crunching, they said they`d have to refer to...? Like I said, I always liked Dr. Hardy. The times I saw her. Others were younger doctors, or Tech`s? I didn`t ask. I am trying to be as honest as possible. The one thing also I do not like, is NOT being present. Especially after reading that one review about large dogs. I WAS present, with my NEW vet, and I witnessed my 110lb`r, screaming noises I`ve never heard before. Luckily it`s NOT cancer, it is "Severe Proctitis". He will be OK. P.S. I saw his X-Rays finally.

I brought my cat here about 6 monthes ago when he was having symptoms like drinking and urinating a lot, hard to scoop litter; among other things. They told me it was normal for a cat to drink a lot and pee a lot. And sent me on my way. Didnt even offer a blood test. This week I bring him back to a different vet and he has diabetes and is pretty bad dehydration. I didnt know hence have been feeding him a dry food diet which is horrible for a diabetic. Basically the cat probably would have had a better prognosis now if they would have been more cautious. It seemed as though they wanted me in and out and to get paid; with little attention to detail.

I strongly suggest your receptionist doesnt give "medical" or doctor advice. A puppy I rescued has fleas. We are on day 3. I gave her 2 baths and petarmour drops yesterday. I was interested in the Capstar pill however they couldnt get me in soon enough (Sorry I would prefer to get the fleas taken care of this weekend instead of next week) instead I was told to "wash off" my waterproof petarmour drops and to put on advantage. When I questioned the 2 doses of flea meds, she had no idea if it was harmful or not, and would not ask a doctor. disappointed because I always liked this office, but ill take my dog elsewhere.

I recently left a review regarding my lab/mix and our experience and to my surprise Countryside reached out to me, they did explain that a person in question is no longer there and also wanted to rectify the situation regarding how she is handled during nail trims. They did wish that I had reached out to one of them sooner so we could work out a solution before my frustration made me write a negative review. But I am going to take her back there and we are going make friends with Countryside once again.

Weve been taking our "babies" (dogs and cats) to Countryside for a long time. Compassionate and professional are 2 words that come to mind. As are understanding and honest. Words cant describe how kind, and understanding Dr. Hardy was when we had to put our Jules down (cancer).

I switched over to this place a few years back after having horrible customer service from receptionists and doctors alike over at Ford. Best choice I made for my furbabies. Theyre all very nice and knowledgeable, not to mention they dont try to take you for all your money!

Great place to take your family (pets). I wouldnt go anywhere else. They are the best by far. Been going to them for 15 years and continually tell people use them. Again... The best... By far!

Very rude and unprofessional front receptionists. Bonnie was very snobby and rude. And I think she was high. She smelled like marijuana . Wont be returning. At all.

The staff at countryside is the best. My dog needed dental work done. They took excellent care of him. I would not trust any other vet for my dog.
