Giving this place one star is generous. First of all, I went in thinking I had strep because my brother had it a few weeks ago. When I shared this information,Dr. C didnt even look at the back of my throat. Just prescribed antibiotics that treat strep. A few days passed and I still had a terribly high fever so I went to my real doctor. He heard my cough and looked at the back of my throat and told me a cough and strep NEVER go together, and I show no signs of strep. Thanks Dr. C. My real doctor prescribed me medicine for what I actually have and I feel better in less than 24 hours. Thanks again Dr. C, because of you I missed my Senior Ball. Never trust this place.

So disappointing! This place could be the best urgent care In the world but I wouldnt know because every time I gothere, they are closed. Even though they should be open according to the hours posted on their website. The first time this happened, we even called ahead and were told they would be open for another hour. When we arrived a half hour later, they were closed! The second time it happened, their was a sign on the door, stating that they had temporary summer hours. Very disappointing! Both times, the nice folks at Five Star Urgent Care in Fayetteville Were happy to take us in.

Not sure how good the Drs are. I had heard very good reviews on them however, we never got past the door. We have NYSHIP , the Empire plan. Which by all accounts is a pretty good plan to have. They told us at the front desk they didnt accept that plan and it would be $140 if we wanted to be seen. We said no thank you and went to 5 star urgent care in Fayetteville and were treated wonderfully well. Guess Fayetteville it will be for us from now on.

Fantastic staff, very friendly and caring! Also in the waiting room They have a super cool fish tank and play area for the children. Very short waiting time, and Dr Rancier was excellent! He listened to what i had to say which is always most important, and diagnosed me and got me the right medicine and after care. The only downfall of here is they dont except anything to do with medicaid or fidelis etc :( so it was expensive to be seen there!

Dr. C and colleagues are amazing. No nonsense, exceptional care. I wish he was in private practice as he has so much knowledge and experience. This office is far superior to the walk-in at Northeast Medical as its much faster and more personal. Try them next time and you will never go anywhere else as far as walk-in care clinics are concerned!

This Immediate Care practice is amazing! Dr. C., Dr. Satterly and colleagues are professional and caring physicians. The receptionist staff are welcoming and helpful. Many insurances (including Pomco) are accepted. Comfortable waiting room and always - ALWAYS - a short wait to see one of the physicians. Five star care!
