The doctors here are okay but it is impossible to get an appointment here. Plan on booking an appointment for 2-3 months in the future. The receptionists are rude and act like youre asking for front row seats to a sold out show when youre trying to book an appointment for an earlier date. The only way youll be able to get an earlier appointment is by calling to see if they have any cancellations for that day. Also dont bother calling from 12:00-1:15 because everyone goes on their lunch break for an hour and fifteen minutes so you wont be able to talk to anyone and can only leave a message. I could do without the attitude from the receptionists and it has forced me to change dermatologists all together.

Last week I visited Greece Dermatological Associates and had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ignatovich. She was so professional, kind, and helpful in answering all of my questions. She referred me to an outside provider for my other needs and never made me feel rushed when I asked her for more information and help. I also appreciate the way that she gently handled my concerns and never made me feel like my needs or worries were unnecessary. She was so knowledgeable and respectful. I will be returning again for my annual check-up and greatly appreciate the care that I received from Greece Dermatological Associates.

I have been to see Dr. Bobrow three different times for skin cancer treatments and also a full body check. He is very professional, listens with a bedside manner, and understands my concerns and listens intently. I am so happy that he had been recommended for me to see. And recently I was concerned about a cyst on my finger and after my general practitioner treated it, he also recommended what further treatment if the cyst returned. I have only seen Dr. Bobrow in this group but if all the other physicians are anything like him, I recommend them highly. Also, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Bobrow is the best doctor Ive had, hands down. It takes a little time to get an appointment sometimes, but that should be a sentiment to how good he is. Ive done two Accutane courses with him, things for my hair, cyst removals, and other things. He always takes his time with me despite being book and busy every day. He is always attentive and you can ask him questions or say "hey I forgot I want to show you this bump" etc, and he will gladly take the time. Awesome doctor, and he will be my dermatologist as long as he is here in Rochester.

Dr. Condry is a wonderful doctor! Hes very nice and explains things very well. His procedures (biopsies and surgeries) are virtually painless which is a plus since a lot of doctors can be clumsy. My only complaint is that once youre referred it takes a LONG time to get an appointment but once youre a patient they can fit you right in. The rest of the staff is very friendly.

Youd think a dermatologist would be able to recognize skin cancer, yes? NOT the case with Dr Walter Brooks. Its allergies he said. Luckily I wasnt convinced and got a second opinion. Ignore the one star I had to rate him, the site wouldnt let me post this review without clicking at least one star.

Dr. Bobrow is the best dermatologist around. Always very knowledgeable and accommodating. Hes got impeccable bed side manor. Staff is helpful and understanding. Highly recommend Greece Dermatology!

Plan to wait at least 30mins after appointment time. Very slow. Yet doctors seem to be in a hurry.. 4 times Ive been here and its been 30mins wait plus....whats the point of apointmens

Extremely busy office. Long waits and appointments are way out. Doctor nice but staff dont care. Cant pay bill onsite only online or mail they say. Not very comfortable wait.

I had a bothersome mole by my earlobe. Dr. Ignatovich used nitrogen To freeze it and 5 days later it just fell off. Thank you !

I had a so-so experience here. The staff just wasnt that good. I feel much more at home at Barrington Park Dermatology.
