Ok well at first I thought this was an amazing dentist. Until she berated me for allowing my daughter to have a cup at bedtime. I admit I needed to change that and I did immediately. She now has a cup with sugar free juice or water at night. I have two kids that are autistic and four kids all together. Sometimes it gets a little hectic but we always make sure they brush their teeth. My three year old doesnt have great teeth and the dentist wanted to check her often. I did not have a problem with that at all. She just went in for a cleaning and she never did the x rays but told her dad the teeth needed to come out. Ok thats fine. The ONLY option she gave me was anesthesia and with my daughters history of seizures and lack of oxygen I was not comfortable with it. I decided to find a different dentist and canceled the rest of the appointments. Also my son needed a procedure and they wanted to gas him which is a 75.00 charge. That was our only option as well. I wanted everything done at once and the only reason he needed the gas was for the needles. She refused to do everything at once and told us before she would do anything else we needed to pay the fee again. Over and over I didnt agree with that either. Then got angry when she wanted to do a crown instead of fixing one of his teeth the right way which takes a few extra minutes. We told her we wanted it done right and not a quick fix. Since we canceled the appointment she decided to call cps and tell them we were abusing our children by not getting their teeth done. Told them my three year old was in severe pain and we didnt care. That she needed extreme reconstructive surgery. In fact we took our kids every three months, my three year old is not in pain and the dentist wanted to just pull the teeth. Last time I checked pulling is not reconstructive and pulling is the absolute only option she gave us. So because I wanted a second opinion and to find a better dentist she decided to call and say we abuse our kids. I am so beyond angry. Oh and she also told child protection we got into a big argument in her office and I wasnt even there. I was home with our youngest because he wasnt feeling well. So please be careful going here and sorry for the long post. Everything is true I have the actual cps report as well for anyone who doesnt believe me. I may actually talk to a lawyer about a law suit because you can not turn a person in for wanting the best for their children.

My kids had their first appointment this week. I was so happy with Dr Laura, her office and staff that I came in here to write this review and noted what this other lady wrote. Sometimes it is not easy when doctors tell us that something I can be doing with my kids is wrong. I just want to state that I totally trust Dr. Lauras knowledge and experience. I had heard so many wonderful things about her from my friends! Im so glad I took my kids to her. She explained everything to me and took her time to make the kids feel really comfortable. I cant be any happier with this office. Dr. Laura and staff, keep doing what you are doing. You are a great asset to this community!

Took my son for his second check up to this office for the first time. The waiting room has tablets for kids, the back is decorated to make the kids feel like its a safe place. I was allowed to go back with my son. The hygienist was very friendly and quick in checking his teeth. My son is only 19 months, so he didnt not willingly open his mouth but she professionally got his mouth open to take a look. Afterwards he was given a balloon, goodie bag, and a toy. Love this office!

A friend recommended Dr Laura for my kids, and they loved her and her staff from the first visit! They treat kids with respect, explaining the procedure to them, and they are really well trained to make them feel safe and comfortable. I felt I could trust Dr Lauras judgement for whats best for my kids from the beginning. I would recommend her to my friends and family without doubt!
