As soon as you get off the elevator you smell urine. It is so disgusting. My father is here and I come at different times of the day. Not only does the whole second floor smell like pee, they dont wash my father up so he smells like pee. I had to tell them the other day my father smelled like urine. Nothing in the room is ever cleaned or sanitized. He had dus on his tv stand. The floor is always nasty. Its just a disgusting place for a older person to be. Everything in the room is nasty to touch.

The nurses are rude they not helpful to others and they steel clothes and stuff do not trust them at all
