Have had good work with them multiple times previously, but unfortunately our relationship has ended. After my last visit in May I called to get copies of the xrays so I could show my farrier, as it was hoof related. They wanted a $20 fee to email them to me. I posted on Facebook, not mentioning the clinic name or vet, just asking if anyone else had to pay this fee, since I have already "paid" for the xrays. Just a general, and what I thought, harmless inquiry. Thursday I call for Equiox and they told me they will no longer service my account and I need a new vet. There has been no problems to explain this outcome from my time dealing with this clinic, and with such a short notice with no valid explanation as to why. I am sorry it ended this way, but unfortunately I cant honestly recommend this clinic.
