I have trusted Dr. Swauncy and his staff with my health care for over 7 years. It is very important to me that my health care provider be highly accomplished, honest, professional, approachable, and listen to my concerns. Dr. Swauncy and his team of experts fulfills all of the above requirements. They also update me and explain to me the latest health care that will make my life better. Sense turning 50 I was tired, lost memory, ached all over, gained weight, and I just worried about the loss of my youth and completive edge. Dr. Swauncy shared with me the testosterone pellets procedure and how it might help me. Well I followed his recommendations. I have went from a 44 inch waist to a 38 in 9 mo. and I am still losing fat and gaining Muscle. I have more energy than when I was in college. Remember those days…. Cognitive thought is amazing now. My life is back! Because of the energy I am back in the gym 4 times a week, crave heathy foods, and love the amazing results. If you want your LIFE BACK??? The lady at the front desk, I think she said her name was Sidney, was the rudest person Ive ever encountered in a doctors office. She was more worried about her breakfast than helping me. Absolutely horrible attitude. Im a repeat patient and Ive never had an experience like that before...in any doctors office for that matter. She actually turned me away when I was sick and in need of medical care. She offered no help just told me to leave. I have never even heard of that happening. Denying someone help that is in need of medical attention?? Wow. Why would you have a job at a doctors office but have zero drive to help people? Cant doctors office bill patients or offer solutions to repeat patients? And to make it even better, this was the week of Christmas.

The whole staff ALWAYS exceeds my expectations and make me feel like a priority, not just a patient, every single time. I have never waited longer than 15 min to be seen, and I always leave feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Would definitely recommend this clinic!
