I was having an issue with my gums, I called and they got me in. I had not been to a dentist in a while and this was my first visit with Tanyard Springs Dentistry. The front office was ok but the technicians and doctor were wonderful!!! They explained what they were doing and were very attentive to my needs. I have always been scared and anxious going to the dentist.....hence why I do not go every 6 months, but Dr. Miller and Emma really put me at ease. Emma was outstanding! She explained step by step what she was doing and why she was doing it. She also brought me the price list BEFORE DOING ANYTHING!! This was excellent as the last dentist I had (Green Hills area) put a new crown on and then told me I needed to pay $750 to $1400 on that day. I do not have that kind of money. Very happy and satisfied with Tanyard Springs Family Dentistry.

So I made an appointment with them over the phone and had to wait a week before they could get me in. I had to take a vacation day off work to be able to come in at that time. I get there on the day of and the lady at the front is sitting obviously chit chatting on the phone. I had to stand around for a minute before she spoke to me and I wasnt even sure who she was talking to b/c she still was on the phone. I am then told they have no idea who I am and have no record regarding my appointment whatsoever. They said they would have to reschedule me for another day. I decided against wasting anymore time with them.

what they said was a $217 job, they exhagerated and made into a job that cost over $300, just for a simple tooth extraction.......dental assistant was very manipulative and over playing her cards.... was easy to discern. If theres an inch to take, these people will take a foot. Dont ever let them call a simple tooth extraction a "surgical removal." But I guess if you have even the slightest piece of tooth missing, they will make it into that becasue that is what they thought they could get away with.

I love this dentist and this practice. My dental condition was poor for years due to fear of dentists and because of some health conditions I have. Dr Miller and his staff have been GREAT with me. The staff are friendly and helpful and Dr Miller is great. Ive even had him come in to the office on a weekend to do an emergency visit. Im sorry to see someone had a bad experience with them over 3 years ago. Ive been going to Dr Miller for about 4 years and have NEVER regretted it.

I wouldnt go to this dentist again. He pressured me into a crown that ended up causing me so much pain when I didnt have any tooth pain at all. I went back to him he was rude did a terrible job putting on my crown and I had to end up going to a specialist to get it all fixed. Dont go there he just wants to make a fast buck and doesnt care about his patients.

My husband and I both go to Dr.Miller and Rena the dental hygienist. Rena is the best and very gentle, always very social which puts us at ease. I have not had the best dental experiences in the past but after coming here I dont mind going at all. Dr.Miller is always very up front and honest, he will not do any unnecessary work.

Outstanding service!!! Ladies at the front desk are always so kind and helpful!!! Dentist has helped me two times with emergency dental issues! They always get me in quickly when I am in pain!
