I have been coming here for 6 years, they treat my Netherland Dwarf Rabbit, Rag Doll & Scottish Fold Cats. When I brought my dwarf rabbit in he had a stomach blockage and had gone into GI stasis, anyone with rabbits knows that most pets will die from this. ACCC worked with me for over a month and we were able to save him from something most rabbits die from. They also treat my cats, they never charge me for anything I do not need, are immensely knowledgeable where other vets lack and the staff is the best in the world, each and every member there is wonderful and have been there for years, which tells you this is a good place. For those who had negative reviews, Im sorry they are incapable of applying logic to their complaints, this is what worries me about people (anyone) being able to leave reviews, it should come with their IQ listed next to their name so you know whom to dismiss. Mr. Wong, they directed you to an emergency facility which is where you should have contacted if your dog was in need of immediate attention, you dont call your physician with allergic reaction, you go to the ER; same goes for pets genius. As for the other guy if you called at 5:30 and they close at 6 my guess is they werent going to fit you in because by the time you got there (even two blocks away) it would have been time for them to close, and past closing time once you were done being seen, how about being respectful with peoples time and business hours and call ahead of time.. or just go to that other vet place as I am sure that is both good for them not dealing with some demanding a-hole like yourself. They cant defend themselves but I can say what I please as a customer, so from me to you shove it up your you know what.

3 stars because I am glad I was able to make an appointment last minute but after going there I knew I wouldnt be going back. I have 2 guinea pigs and I took them because at the time I wanted to make sure they did not have mites and I also had just discovered they had a grease gland. When I went in rather than the doctor explaining to me that they had grease gland the doctor told me she would go ahead and take a swap which there was no reason to do so. I was concerned and asked would she be doing it for my other piggy as well and she said no lets do one at a time. They just wanted to make a quick buck off of a grease gland which is normal aside from this the doctor was not really knowledgeable about piggies and rushed in and out without allowing us to have a discussion. She didnt seem to know how to handle piggies either. I had also mentioned that I was afraid that my guinea pigs would get fleas. When I checked out they had piled on charges we had not discussed including flea treatment which I ended up taking off because it was not discussed with me nor did anyone take time out to explain anything. They had taken my animals and were about to put medication on them that I had not approved of yet . I now drive 45 minutes to Long Beach Animal Hospital 3816 E Anaheim St, Long Beach, CA 90804 Dr. Ridgeway is great and the staff as well. They are also very knowledgeable about piggies and will sit down and discuss everything and all your options.

I have forked out a ton of money to these people over the years for my cats my rabbits my chickens They charge exorbitant prices for everything and just now an employee named Danielle wouldnt sell us a refill of the needles our cat needs for administering his insulin I still have a half bottle of the very expensive insulin they sold me but had run out of needles Apparently as illogical as this is she said there was a note from the doctor on the computer saying I couldnt buy anymore without visiting the doctor - presumably to get more money out of us- all she would say was she didnt want to stick her neck out and get in trouble Thanks for your concern about our cat! Who is very sick and needs his insulin Two o oclock and no doctor in the office no attempt to contact someone else No ability to slightly accommodate us with a few extra needles ! We drove a long distance relying on what has always been easy I have been going here and getting these needles for over a year and a half now with no trouble I could see demanding to see the cat before giving us a new bottle of insulin But for the needles ?! This is just needless and officious red tape with no attempt to accomadate a long time customer other than a very insincere Im sorry I will find a more reasonable down to earth pet care in the future

I have a little American Bullfrog who injured both of his arms, but by the time I was sure there was something wrong it was 4pm on Mon. I called 4 vets clinics before finally reaching All Creatures Care (the others in my area either didnt serve frogs or didnt have a doctor in that day) and they promised if I could get there an hour before closing (6pm) they would see my pet, despite them being busy. And even though I was a last minute walk-in, my frog was seen after waiting only 20 mins (people I saw with appointments werent waiting more than five). The staff and Doctor were kind, quick, professional, and the bill for the meds/visit was decently priced. But more importantly, Im really grateful they were able to see my pet on such short notice. They saved my frog an extra day of pain and gave me piece of mind. Hopefully my little guy gets better and I never have to go back but, Im glad its around if/when I need it. All Creatures Care Cottage will be the first place I call from now on.

Weve been taking our pets to All Creatures for years and have always had a great experience. The staff and doctors are friendly, helpful and you can see their passion for animals and their work. Im giving lower stars because for nearly 4 hours of their business day, the vet is "out to lunch." Why have daytime business hours if for 4 hours of the day they can not provide their primary service to their customers. This is a inconvenience as one can never predict when their pet will need medical attention and emergency hospitals are far to expensive for something that is not life threatening to the animal. Best practice and customer service would be having another doctor available during those hours.

I have attempted to visit this vet 3 times, I live two blocks from their location and it would be convenient, sad to say all three times the front office has been rude and not accommodating what so ever. The most recent attempt was on Friday at 5:30 PM. They claim they close at 6 pm. The assistant was out of sorts and rude. I guess she was more interested in starting her weekend rather than assisting a patient that was in dire need of help. I will be sure to share my feedback with all my fellow pet owners. We will find another vet that will treat the customer as customers and patients should be.treated.
