We have been going to Animal Medical Clinic with Dr Saini since we adopted our cat in 2004; its close to our home and I can always get a timely appointment. Both our dog and cat receive all their exams and treatment there. We are comfortable with the level of care, professionalism and prompt follow up. The staff are very accommodating when our cat needs special treatment to reduce his anxiety. Im impressed with the website, email reminders, and "petly" where I can review our pets records. As with all medical care (people and pets) we need to be well informed about the options we have for diagnosis and treatment. There are always trade offs between being cautious by running various tests and taking preventative measures and the cost of these services. We ask about whats required or optional and the cost and I feel I get enough information to make an informed choice. Im glad to support a small business in our area, even if its not the lowest possible cost. Its nice that Dr Saini knows us and our pets and takes the time to provide personalized service.

Dr. Saini is probably a good veterinarian, but he is not honest man. My dog was born with a heart murmur. It has never given him any troubles or health complications. Our regular vet monitors the issue and always keeps us updated. I came Dr. Saini because he was closer and opened earlier than our regular vet, my dog had a sinus infection but he took one look at my dog and told me it was an infection, but because of his heart murmur I should run a bunch of expensive diagnostic tests to rule out something more serious. I was scared so I agreed. The tests came out to 400+ and he found nothing wrong with my dog. I think its wrong to take advantage of how much people care about their dogs. Im in favor of precautionary medicine, but Dr. Saini took one look at my sick dog and exploited his condition. Ive been seeing another vet for 2 years now and my dog is healthy with no "serious complications." So if Dr. Saini tells you your dog is very sick, unless its time sensitive, I would recommend you get a second opinion.

I had a bad experience with my prior veterinarian and decided to give Dr. Saini a try. The drive is a lot farther but it is worth it! My dog Penny was diabetic and required a lot of treatment and rechecks. Dr. Saini was very patient and thorough each and every time we saw him. I never felt pressured to do any extraneous diagnostics. Two years have gone by and Penny has passed away. We had her cremated and set her urn above our fireplace. She was an amazing dog and we will always remember her. Pepper, her sister, is still going strong with us. We will continue taking her and all of our future pets to Animal Medical Clinic. We love the Doctor and their amazing staff. I recommend this place to anyone who loves their pets and only want the best care for them. Five stars!

this guy comes across as the worst kind of used car salesman. We live very close and have 2 pets. we just moved to the area and gave them a try. Our old vet had done testing on our cat and gave him a prescription. when we ran out we went here to refill, they refused and told us they need $400 for "testing" even when the previous diagnoses was improving the condition, and the cost of testing at the old vet was $90. When we got a second pet, a dog we went here to have her checked out. right away without even touching the animal hes telling us all these problems he needs to fix and all these meds he is peddling racking up almost $1100 ****SCAMMER** had a second opinion, for $90 and $110 in meds and pup is good as new. we are done with this guy.

I have been taking my cats (3) here since birth. The Prices are competitive, the service is great, and they can do a payment plan (if Needed) and depending on the total cost. They are professional as can be. I suspect the people rating this a 1 star has pricks with attitudes about cost for service. if you are not prepared to pay the costs of medical care then dont get pets. Same goes for yourself and children. Medical care is NOT a right, you DO NOT have a right to someone elses Medical Knowledge or THEIR Medical Investments ie Equipment or Drugs. You Either pay what they require you to pay or go home. You can go to go to Medical School so you can take care of yourself and your children. Lazy bastards, grow up

Our lab has been going to Dr. Saini for almost 4 years. It was only Dr. Saini that was able to diagnose our dogs thyroid condition although we had taken him to another clinic in Milpitas on a regular basis and they even ran tests for other conditions. Despite his symptoms, we were assured by the other clinic that our lab was in good health. Dr. Saini was able to diagnose our dog and begin treatment right away. The Animal Medical Clinic front office staff is friendly and helpful over the phone and in person. Dr. Saini is thorough and always available to answer questions. We always recommend Dr. Saini to friends and family for all procedures, check ups, vaccinations and boarding.

I have been taking my cats to Dr. Saini for years. He takes exceptional care with my cats and my cats love him for it. Of course I have checked out other vets in the area and Dr. Sainis prices are comparable or cheaper than most vets in the area. Its the personal care and attitude that he gives my cats the reason to keep coming back. He will only recommend things for your pet to make sure they are at optimal health. He has never pushed anything unnecessary on my cats.

I have been dealing with Dr Saini and Animal Medical Clinic for last few years. My 3 year old golden retriever had a special condition and tricky surgery that Dr. Sainini preformed. His diagnosis and surgery was spot on - I double checked the diagnosis with UC Davis Vet Med Center. My dog recovered in less than 2 weeks and have no post surgery issues. I highly recommend Dr. Saini for vet services

We started going to Animal Medical Clinic when two of my dogs got into a fight 2 years ago. My little chihuahua, Sophie, was seriously injured. Dr. Saini treated her promptly and was almost back to normal in a week. We are very pleased with Dr. Saini and have been going to Animal Medical Clinic since then.

He killed my english bulldog. He said my dog needed its eyelash adjusted. In the process, he overdosed my dog with anesthesia. He then, believe it or not, told me that he fixed the eyelash though and if I wanted to see that he did the work. Dr. Suman or something was the idiots name.

Best service and friendly staff. The doctor is very kind and great with animals. The prices are also the most reasonable compared to other vets in all of the bay area. You get great value and care. I only trust my precious fur babies to be seen here. Highly recommend.
