I have been under Chairopractic care for almost 40 years after a serious spinal injury. I have tried many, many, Chairos in the Bay area of California and in 40 years only one has been worth going back to. Elena Vince at Montecito Chairopractic. She has taken care of my entire family for the past 17 years and my children and my wife all swear by her, though we have an hour and a half drive in hectic traffic for our regular visits. She cared for me after a major motorsports accident causing severe pain, and helped me back to normal in a very short time, avoiding medical care and cost. Also, the posture of my children is the best. Truly a good, diligent and effective Doctor.
