My dog had a very scary episode at the house. She collapsed very shallow breathing it was scary and my kids was scarred as well. Since this vet is closet to me I called them first. Its Saturday and they close at 12. I called at 12. Operator said they left already she took my info and 5 minutes later they called me back. The vet said since is was a CURRENT patient they would not turn around and come back. Now my dog can barely breath and the nearest 24 hour animal hospital to me is AT LEAST 25 minutes away. They didnt care. I hung up 5 minutes later the operator calls me back to confirm that the vet will not take the time to help my dog because I was not a CURRENT patient and she didnt know what to tell me. If they wouldve taken the time to be a vet and help my dog I may have become a patient, but I will not now. I want a vet that actually cares about the animals not sees them as an inconvience because its 5 past 12 on a Saturday.

I think they are more concerned about Making money than making animals better` I recently had my dog initially treated here for Parvo. She was given fluids and shots and I was given a quote for $1,000 for her care. I was told she probably wouldnt Make it. I was not offered hospitalization for her. Apparently they dont offer that and I think its misleading to call yourself an animal hospital and not offer hospitalization. I was charged $250 for her first visit. She got worse and I decided to take her to another Vet. She was hospitalized immediately and she recovered. I paid $365 for her care which included Special food and meds for her to come home with. I felt the staff was cold. They didnt make me feel as if they cared about whether she lived or died. Had I continued her care there I believe she most likely would have done just that

They are a group of caring people, who seem to understand the needs of my 17 yr old cat. They take inns and Ive never had to wait more than 15 mins to see the Vet.
