My entire experience with the VA is bleek at best and horrible over all. Every doctor appears unhappy and jaded. None of them seem to care, or even pretend to. They open up your record on their computer screen and stare off blankly while down playing any issue you tell them about making you feel as if you are going crazy or just another number. When you do find a provider who cares or wants to help they are so low on the totem pole they cant make a difference except be sympathetic. No one follows up, the wait times are agonizing even for the most simplistic things, like picking up a pair of glasses. They tell you that theyll put you in for treatment and dont. Only for you to call months later asking what is going on. I cant get my doctor to hear me out with my medication, and all I can ever do is have my "nurse" relay her messages. And forget my healthevet online, its junk. They think we are all nuisances instead of humans, patients and their job is to provide us with care. Its not as you even have to give me special attention for being a vet at a veteran care facility, just give me care! Its a shame really.

I went there for almost 2 years after having to endure the rotating doctor syndrome in Albany and received nothing but 1 1/2 hour waiting times to see a very rude doctor. This doctor on the green team kept telling me to go back to Albany. She would never listen to me explain all my problems. All she did was stare at her computer and it never appeared to me that she heard one word I said. My wife was with me at the last visit and she has retired from the medical after 25 years of service and she remarked that this was the worst service she has ever seen. Needless to say, Im back in Albany at the Marine Corp base, service is much better, podiatry doctor is great, audiologist is also, but my primary care doctor seems to be just as bad. No wonder why 22 of us are committing suicide everyday. These doctors really dont care about you as a human being.

The Dublin va hospital and the brunswick va clinic do not care about veterns, they want us all to die quickly, quietly, and as cheap as possible like good veterns. Mary Alice Morro director of the va in Dublin is never there to talk to or return a phone call, still waiting on that return call going on 2 weeks now, chief of staff dr Christopher Blasy a doctor on paper only has forgotten his hippocratic oath when it comes to patient care, most of staff are rude and we are just a nuisance to them, the only decent human being that was helpful was Fred thanks Fred. Brothers and sisters this is not acceptable, the system is broken and only we can fix it, my father in law died in pain because they refused to help. Raise hell my brothers and sisters keep hammering away at these buddy f@ckers, dont let them do to you what they did to my father in law.

I started going to this VA about 3 years ago. Up until about a year ago the care was great. It was in a timely manner, with very little actual waiting time - even during appointments! But, as others have stated here; there has been a real down-turn in efficiency. And as others have also stated I believe it is due to the excess workload that has been put on the VA physicians. About a year ago my VA Dr. actually told me to begin calling 3 months ahead - to set up my regular 6-month check-up. Dont get me wrong, the actual care is still great! Its just that they are so over-worked, or under-staffed, or both that they are forced to operate in a manner thats inefficient! That bad for THEM! And even worse; its bad for the patients!

I am transferring from Augusta, and so far I am very pleased. In Augusta you just felt.like a number,it was too big and way too far away, but in Dublin so far Ive been treated as a human, and Im very pleased,,,,,,so far,,,,,, yeah sure its the VA and far from perfect, but to me its closer to perfect than Augusta!!

God Bless those who are true and serve; however the staff runs the hospital not the doctors; to many patients and the doctors are overwhelmed. Poor doctor - patient relationship. Fire those who think that 9 to 5 services and politics meet the needs of those who are ill should leave.

The doctors have so many patients, they cant seem to get back regular patients in a timely manner. I have been waiting for a call from Pain MGMT center since November 2014. It is crazy… I guess the Nurses cant follow-up, it isnt in their job description.

Once I were incorporated into there system I really had very little problem. They made my specialist appointment in a timely manner. And all my follow-up appointment have been mostly the same. A few set back from time to time but overall it was ok.

I see the VA getting a bad rap in the news all the time but I have to say the VA in Dublin, GA has been nothing but good to me. They have taken care of all my medical needs promptly and have a friendly staff.

HOT GARBAGE! From the moment you walk in the door you are treated like a nuisance. Are there any white veterans working there? You have to be black to be greeted and treated professionally??? What is this??

Dr. Moti has been the best doctor Ive seen out there.....It can be slow and painful out there....I think if you work for the VA you should have prior military service....vets understand vets.

Dental/optometry/mental health/gastro were all good, but primary care is the worst Ive experienced with any VA, the one star is for the green team, the other special ties are worthy of 4/5

The VA hospital has taken care of me when I went there. Everyone was friendly and almost everyone I came in contact with smiled and spoke. Ive heard horror stories about the VA.
