Loved the Drs, they were patient and understanding. HOWEVER, getting someone on the phone here is mission impossible. I wanted to board my cat, could not get a hold of anyone, did not return voicemails. Getting an appointment is super difficult because they do not return calls, or answer the phone during operating hours. The doctors promise follow-up, and while they do, if you are away from your phone and try returning the call back, the dragons that answer the phone (should they actually answer) will not let you talk to the doctor. Which is super frustrating.

I have taken my cats to Dr. Watson ever since I got them a year and a half ago. I always come away from there feeling like I got an education in how to take care of my cats. For example, hell show me pictures of a cats ear so I know how to properly swab out the wax; hell show me online pictures of gum disease, so I know that my cats gum disease is very low grade. I am so thankful for such a great vet so close to where I live, and am excited about the new building that will be open soon. Keep up the good work College Station Cat Clinic!

Worst Place Ever. I get to my $98 just to set the appointment and the lady says where is your paperwork knowing full well she never received it. I called her a week before the appointment to tell her it was being sent over, call me if you dont it. You wait until I walk in the door to want to do your job?? It only tells me if she is that lazy then that set the tone for the rest of the place and I wont take my cat there! I need a professional, especially to charge $98 to just set the appointment and work off another vets findings!!

As someone who considers themselves an animal rescue professional (Ive worked in shelters professionally and in vet clinics) I can unequivocally say that Dr. Watson is the single best veterinarian Ive EVER dealt with. Hes friendly, knowledgeable, and is dedicated to doing what is best for your family member. Going to CSCC has easily improved and extended the life of our family member, Oscar. If there was an option for 6 stars, they would get it. Recommend, recommend, recommend.

I cant even begin to say enough nice things about Dr. Watson and his staff! Dr. Watson is so good with cats and I have found it difficult to find vets who my cats are comfortable with. He treats them as if they were his own. Its hard to describe, but there is just a good feeling going to College Station Cat Clinic. The clinic itself is clean, modern and comfortable. My cats are my "children" and I trust College Station Cat Clinic.

I bring my cat here because I believe in the expertise of the doctors. They are patient and thorough. My 7 year old rescued kitty has FIV and a pretty major case of IBD as well. Ever since Ive brought my cat here they have helped me to manage her situation as health issues arise. They are terrific at follow up and are the nicest vets Ive ever had the pleasure of knowing. I highly recommend this place.

In two weeks I have had three cats examined by Dr. Watson. My only regret is not finding this doctor sooner. He was amazing with the handling of my cats, very kind, and so thorough. Thank goodness I now have my cats in a place that I am confident they will receive the BEST care as they reach their senior stage in life. If you own a cat of you should be at this facility.

All I have to say is that I would not take my kitties any where else but college station cat clinic...its not the closest place for me but I would drive to the end of the earth to get the care I receive from dr. Watson and his staff. I have been going here for years with my kitties and would change but for anything!

While compassionate an knowledgeable vets they have and have hired no employees which have any sort of people skills the attitude is were good if you dont like something theres the door. I had to remind them when my pets vaccination was due they did not send any sort of reminder. Horrible customer service

Not only do I love this clinic but my cat is always so relaxed and comfortable here! She seems to really feel at ease with Dr. Watson and the staff, even when they return her to me from getting blood drawn or any other service they have to do in the back of the house. BEST VET EVER!

Absolutely the best vet around. Knowledgeable and experienced in all disciplines in cat veterinary medicine. They only do necessary treatments. They dont try to upsale you things you dont need. They are very compassionate too. They are highly recommended.
