I posted a review last time I was on, for some reason they felt my review wasnt what the wanted,,I gave a truthful review on my experience,,I left Brighton much worse then I was when i came in, I only slept 6 1/2 hours in the past 6 days i was there. my body hurt , I was at another facility before I got there for 47 days , they put me on addictive medication that I felt put me back into withdraws..and I was the one to tell them to stop giving me the meds, once I caught what they put me on and then they made me suffer for the last week I was there.they do not listen to you, when you state the issues your going through..I spoke to one of the managers before I left, and he felt it was best to try and talk me into how good i had it.. I never hurt so bad leaving a place like this.thank god I had a great support people when I got out.I had been here before, and all was awesome, stayed sober for years.with there new Director that, is more into taking care of Maple Groves wishes then his own patients..Director needs to go.. Thank God I didnt drink when I got home....

Tried calling to get information for my sister who is in a 5 day detox center now, she needs longer, was told to try this place and when I called the first time was just hung up on, called back a Joanne answered said I had a few questions she says Ok very snotty, ask if my sister could come from another detox straight there (alot that I have called will not!! So good question right?) Was told we are a rehabilitation center so Just have her call. I would Pray your other staff is not so condescending and rude to people calling or there to get help they are going through enough than to deal with snotty, Condescending b@#@# on top of what they are already going through. And mind you when a Family member calls to ask questions for their loved one they are going through alot also from watching their loved one die slowly from drugs! And DO NOT NEED TO BE SPOKE TO SO RUDELY!!!

Brighton hospital was by far the best rehab facility I have ever been to. The staff, nurses, therapists, and even doctors all care SO MUCH. Literally every single employee there has been in our shoes and knows what were dealing with. They focus on the core issues of what were "running away from" instead of making us sit through boring lectures. Each program they have is always interactive, even the nutrition class which I didnt think was going to be interesting (it was). I would just like to personally thank everyone at Brighton for all the help they have provided, especially Virginia and Mike Risk. They both worked with me personally and helped me sort out so many personal issues. Thank you Brighton for giving me another shot at life, I will never forget my stay.

Insurance companys are the ones that screw the people that go here. The staff is amazing and fight to get patients more days. Mike, Brian, Nacy, the nurses, and the techs have all been in our shoes (the patients). So yeah they know what withdrawal, cravings, etc is first hand. I have the utmost respect for BCR. If they can turn a hopless dope fiend like me back into ME. They can help you too. Call them. Thank you BCR!

Going here changed my life for the better.giving me techiniques to fight addiction and cope with life is some of the best things Ive learned in all of my years being on this earth and its kinda sad how the insurance companies treat sick people in fact it opened my eyes to how we all are products for America to be exploited but its up too you how you deal with it and turn it around

Terribly run place. We went and sat in the lobby for 2.5 hrs waiting to discuss their treatment facility. I was told numerous time that we would get a call in a couple of minutes, never received one. When we left the receptionist said they would definitely call later that day, never did. Poorly run.......................

I cannot say enough positive things about Brighton. I told them when I left they saved my life. It is just past 11 months since I was admitted and I am sober without relapse. In my opinion this Hospital is a gift from God to all addicts.
