Called today to set up an appointment for my Dog to get his shots updated and also neutered.. The receptionist was very rude I understand that you deal with all different types of pets on a daily basis, but please do not insult your customers intelligence and especially mine. It is very unprofessional and I am still at a loss for words after hanging up the with you.. We have decided to go to Dearborn Pet Care and the receptionist that answered the phone was eager to help me out and it seemed to me that she was happy to be at her job. Perhaps if you are not happy with your job, then find a new one... Very displeased with todays call and will not be returning.

I have had a great experience with the Dearborn Veterinary Hospital! The vet is amazing- he is thorough and will answer any of your questions. Very gentle and kind with the animals- my puppy loves him! The staff is friendly and accommodating with any last minute visits- I have taken my pup in twice for random things and was able to make appointments that day. They are affordable and I would recommend to anyone!

Until recently we had used DVH for quite some time. The veterinarian is professional and interacts well with animals. Unfortulately, we found some of the Vet Techs to be unprofessional, rude and uncaring at times. As a result, we chose not to return.

Great service, excellent care. I had to take my kitty in for a small emergency and they got me in the same day, tested its specimen the same day, and gave medication all w/in one visit. I am extremely pleased w/ their service.
