Dr. Brian Shragg went above and beyond my expectations as a dentist. His bedside manner is second to none: he is patient, calm, gentle, and thorough. Dr.Shragg is very empathetic and understands patients have anxiety about the dentist. He is conscious of the fact that people do not like pain and that people have different pain thresholds. Dr.Shragg recognizes each patient is different and is able to adapt to the patients’ needs. I saw Dr.Shragg for a crown prep and placement. He was able to ease my anxiety through humor and by explaining exactly what he would be doing. Before leaving the crown prep appointment, Dr.Shragg assured me that I could call him anytime with questions or if I was in pain (even over the weekend). I highly recommend Dr. Brian Shragg. Your teeth will thank you.

Best Dentist Visit Ever! The entire staff was great to work with and went the extra mile to be comforting and flexible. I called for an appointment in the evening and they were able to accommodate me seeing the dentist at 7am the next day! I had cracked a tooth biting down on a seed and Dr Kyle and Abby who did the work were awesome. They identified the problem and asked if I would like to have the temporary crown put in right then! They installed the temp crown and the entire procedure was pain free. Dr Kyle and Abby were very good about explaining what was going on and did an excellent job! This was my first visit to their office and I intend to make Blue Ridge my new regular dentist. I highly recommend them!

Ive been going to Blue Ridge Dental my whole life, and each new visit there is better than the last. The staff are super friendly and they genuinely care about you and your experience at their clinic. They do a wonderful job of cleaning your teeth carefully and precisely, as well as fixing any dental problems you may have. Theyre very accommodating and always do their best to make you feel comfortable, welcome, and appreciated. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Dental to anyone who wants to leave the dentist office feeling happy with their experience and confident about their smile.

I had an my first appointment with Jolene and Dr. Wilkes. Mary greeted me warmly and Jolene couldnt have been more kind and patient with me. I was a little nervous in coming to a new dentist, but after the first few minutes I couldnt have been more happy with my care at Blue Ridge Dental. They are very concerned about their patients and dental care. They were very reassuring to make sure I was comfortable and that everything was going well in my visit. I felt very pleased with coming to Blue Ridge and look forward to my next visit with their caring staff.

Blue Ridge Dental is top notch in the dental field. Ive always felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff are very helpful with any scheduling or insurance needs. The hygienists are very gentle, thorough, and caring. I have had great experiences with the dentists too. Im not a big fan of getting my teeth worked on, but they have made it very easy and comfortable each time!!! I had a good initial experience with my first consultation with dentist at Blue Ridge Maple Grove office regarding a possible tooth implant. Although it seemed to take awhile for call back, I was happy with getting all my questions answered and I was also happy with clear instructions I received in moving forward with my implant. I would feel very comfortable having them take care of all my dental needs in the future, and I would recommend them.

Moved to the Plymouth 6 years ago and needed to find a local dentist. Well just by chance I met J. McHugh and so I decided to check out the Maple Grove location. So now it has been years and the whole family goes. Its a good thing when your family is totally ok with going to the dentist. Great experience is what keeps us coming back. You will not find a better dental office than Blue Ridge in Maple Grove, or a better dentist than Dr. Kemmit. He just worked his magic on my broken crown. I do not need a new one as I feared. I can absolutely trust than they will never suggest procedures that are not necessary. The staff is efficient, professional and very friendly! Go there. You will be happy you did.

Such a great place, with people that are incredibly friendly during every visit. I personally love Pat since she is such a caring and wonderful person to visit for all of my teeth cleanings. The service and atmosphere are better than any other dentist office I have ever been in.
