I love going here. The ladies are so amazing by being so accommodating. They dont charge you for stuff with out telling you, which I love. They do walk ins, you can call and schedule but if you end up needing to go earlier or later, they help you out by accommodating your time frame and letting you come in when you can. They are working on doing a program where your dogs gets free shots for life the only catch is that you have to pay for one full check up once a year, which isnt bad. Not only do you get all the shots periodically when they need to be given, you also ensure your dogs/cats health is doing good each year, which from my experience is the best bc its better to find a problem sooner than later and ppl tend to only bring their pets when they get really sick, which isnt ideal or healthy for the dogs because it brings a lot of risk factors. They are still in the works for the program. They worked with me on billing, and they offer 10% off for military discounts with valid government issues military card. One thing I really love about them is that they let me know whats issues need to be resolved, how much it will be, and if I can do a simple home remedy to fix it. They do not make decisions for you, and they inform you on the issue rather than diagnosing with one word and then immediately treating, which many Veterinary clinics do. Thats why I like this place, no pressure, relaxed and lets you remain in power when it comes to the health of your dog and what you can afford. I highly recommend this place. No matter where you live, this Veterinary clinic is worth driving x amount of minutes to.

they are very over priced and are not flexible or competitive. Been fighting ear infections for 2 years with them and its always a different reason... They charge 32 dollars to grind nails when the place by my home charges 10. They have strange rules for getting a groom. Shots are more than double anyone around town. Nobody has ever actually cared about my dog even if they say they do. They are only concerned with turning a profit. Every time I come in its always a new shot or medication he is not on that they neglect to tell me about in advance. Best example is trying to sell me 6 months of trifexis 1 month and the next month I come in to buy the second pill and cant because he doesnt have another shot! Get real, I dont know how this place stays in business unless they have a ton of rich people that dont care about cost. All in all they are in it for the money not to help animals Called today to give them another chance because my dog is having a yeast infection. Was open to talking to me about his diet until i said i already scheduled an appointment with another vet office. Then all of a sudden she could care less and didnt know how to help me. Disgraceful, i will make sure tonhave my mom go to a different vet yall are garbage human beings with no soul. 86 dollars for a visit is 3 times the price of the vet i scheduled with down the road.

If all the people that worked there were as kind and understanding as the elder lady who has attended me on two occasions, I would be a returning customer. However, seeing as they turned away my Chihuahua and myself when my Chihuahua was mauled by a chow, I would never go back. We arrived 5 minutes before closing and my Chihuahua was in MAJOR distress and it was clear that he needed medical attention as evident by his agonized yelps and the blood all over my shirt. They simply said that they were closing and that there was nothing they could do. I pleaded that he please be seen by a vet, whereupon the vet tech took my dog and came back 1 minute later saying the Veterinarian on staff had gone for the day. My family has spent at least $10,000 with them....three dogs, five cats, numerous surgeries and several strays. If they did indeed care about animals, they would go out of their way to help an animal in distress and their concerned patrons. They are simply in the business of making money.....nothing else. A busine$$ without a heart. Do not take your beloved pets there.....

Took my 4 year old HEALTHY yorkie in, as she was limping, and my regular vet was out for the day, and it was the start of a holiday weekend. I just was looking for a little pain relief for her. The Vet told me that she probably torn her ACL or had a patella issue (neither of these are life threatening conditions). She told me that it was necessary to sedate Piper in order to get a good xray. I left Piper at the clinic and was going to pick her up at 6pm. I got a call that Piper "did not react well to sedation, and had DIED". Needless to say, one does not expect to lose the family precious pet, with a sore leg. I am sure that it was not an intentional act, and most likely due to human error. Piper did NOT have an underlying heart or health issue. I am very sad, and will never get my sweet Piper back, but I can tell people about my experience with the Vet clinic. I am sure you can find a better place to treat your animals.

Last night I took my Boxer into the West Houston Vets. The dog was having a terrible time breathing and I thought we were going to loose him. It turns out that he had a form of heat stroke and the the staff took immediate action the help our dog. The staff truly cared and did everything in a professional manner. Pretty soon the dog was improving and gave us hope. The doctor told me that she recommended that I transfer the dog to an emergency care facility for over-night observation. It would also cost us over $1000 to do so. Needless to say, I love my dog but believe its rediculous to pay escalated prices for the care. I refused and took the dog home, we watched him ourselves throughout the night, and he woke me up this morning to go outside (doing fine).

I love this place. All the staff is extremely helpful and understanding. I have been going there for almost 7 years. I have 2 beagles. One of my beagles is very sickly and always has complications of all kinds. They have always nailed every diagnosis, worked with me regarding treatments and payment options. My dog has survived all sorts of problems thanks to them. They are very loving towards my pets and my dogs going there...they get showered with love. Routine checkups are extremely through and their customer service is fantastic. Recommended 100%

I just moved to the area and decided to visit this clinic with my two dogs so we can become established patients. They had a really nice website and most of the vets were from A&M. Unfortunately, after waiting 1hr 20mins I never was seen by the vet and decided to simply give up. I have never had to wait longer than 10-15 minutes at any vet in my life. I asked the nice people at the reception if this was normal or just my bad luck and they said it happens every day!!! Unacceptable.
