Well let me start from the beginning. The very first time I reached out was over the phone and I should have known from then. Very very dry... the lady was not interactive at all. When I call and say... "Hi, I wanted to bring my dog in for an exam. When can do that?" I expected a professional response. Not "Ok." and thats it. First problem phone etiquette needs improvement. Now on to the actual exam. Basically the service you would get at a DMV or a post office. No conversation barely any questions. The vet has the nerve to tell me I am "Overbearing" WTF else am I going to be? If you would tell me all is well then I wouldnt have to ask. You just feel on my dog and say "ok, anything else?". How abut explaining to me what just happened! Then her response is "If something was wrong I would have told you." WOW is that how a Veterinary should be... I want to know the good and the bad. Then she has no knowledge of nothing. Every answer is " I dont know." Lesson learned. You get what you pay for. Point blank. The price was the only decent thing they had to offer because it definitely wasnt customer service.

The concept is great. you end up paying one way or the other. They get you by saying theres a $9 exam which isnt worth a dollar. And then everything else is an out on. Wasnt very efficient some bad attitudes. The doctor didnt even check my dog after being told he was bleeding. They just assumed it was something they couldnt handle. I ended up having to actually go to another veterinary hospital, had he just looked where the bleeding was coming from instead of assuming it was something they couldnt work on they would have found all he had was a cut that needed to be cleaned. Be careful scheduling online, admittedly the system is flawed and they dont check often enough the people that have checked in online.

Recently adopted a dog from a friend who used this place. He recommended them. It was a quick process to get the owner records updated and the receptionist quickly emailed me his history with vaccinations and visit notes. I decided to take my dog in to get microchipped, $35, great price. She showed me how it worked, did a test scan before we left, and gave me all the paperwork to go online and register the chip to my information. I dont think I would go here for emergency vet services, they dont seem equipped for that, but for everyday exams, hygiene needs, check ups, and the other simple stuff, Its great. Their prices are way better than private vets in the area.

I went yesterday to corner vet, right when i came in i could tell the kind of person the reseptionist was .. She was not kind at all it looked like she hated her job , talked very rude and wasnt welcoming at all . Then she charged me extra $10 on something i did not tell her i wanted to buy then when i noticed she charge me for it i told her i didnt order this . She made a big ugly face and just left over where the doctor was and told them i wanted a refund for something i clearly told her i wanted .. I was very ticked off already she had a bad attitude the whole time what a bad experience yall should choose your workers carefully totally made the whole visit the worst .

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had. Waited for two hours before the receptionist told me she forgot to add me to the list after I filled out all of the forms. Instead of moving me to the front of the line since it was her mistake, she told me I would "just have to wait" ANOTHER hour and a half to be seen for a basic exam and nail trim. Save yourself some time and sanity by making an appointment with a REAL vet. The higher price is worth it for a caring, polite and dedicated staff.

We got a prescription from there a few months back and our cat still got tape worms so we went to get another prescription to kill the worms and they wouldnt do it so I asked for her records and then the woman asked if I wanted to delete our cats records from their system I COULDNT BELIEVE WHAT I HEARD they could care less about the ppl or their pets DO NOT GO THERE !!!!!! plus their waiting time is outrageous I waited 3 hours to even be seen when I went the last time so I left..........:.

I used to take my dogs to this vet and after the two very unplessent expereinces that one of my very best friend has experineced at this location. I will never take by business to them and will make sure to let the 4 communities on our web portal know not to give them business any longer and be fore warned. I a, very very disappointed.

Customer Service goes a long way...Previous reports of "dry" people are correct....nobody needs the attitude...Rather pay more than to get treated like that...Wait til Saturday and go to CAPS...At least there they show they care about the animals and customers...

I was very impressed with The Corner Vet. We got there at 10:00 on a week day and were seen right away. The staff were friendly and informative and the prices are great. We will definitely be back soon.

Best place to take your pet for vaccinations that wont send you into bankruptcy. The staff is friendly and helpfulf and you dont need an appointment. The wait time was very reasonable too.
