If I could have given a zero I would have. The staff at Guadalupe Regional is great but this review is for the billing. They charged my family over $2,000 and they did nothing. If I did not have insurance they would have charged a lot more. Took my son to the ER (because it was 2am and he was running a fever), and see what kind of help I could get. Waited for over 3 hours to been seen, they gave him nothing, and at the end told me to "give him fluids". Like I dont know that already. "He just has the flue. He will be ok.".....That is what I was told and we were sent home. A month later I get bills from the hospital stating that we owe over $800 for that visit. We are paying them almost a grand for NOTHING!!!!! Then I get a separate bill of almost $500 for the doctor. WTF!!!!!!!!!! I asked why are these bills separated and why are we paying so much. Their billing department told me, "That is how we do things around here." Ok. Great. Good to know that they have no soul and will charge the living heck out of you for nothing, and if you have a problem with that... Just know that is how they do things around there. My wife had the flue around the same time my son did and again she wanted to go to the ER since it was in the early am. Again her bills were very high totally a payment of over $2,000. At the end of the day the staff is good but their billing departments (because they use multiply ones), and the worst. I pay my taxes, served my country, take care of my family, and when I had one issue with the CRAZY amount to pay for service of them doing NOTHING I was told "That is how we do things around here." Good to know Guadalupe Regional Medical Center. Good to know.

We took our 94 year old mom on a Thursday evening, for excessive hurting from a pelvic fracture, and could not have received better treatment. We were met outside, taken in, and treatment given in a good time. However the following Monday about 8:30 pm we took her again because she had choked badly and aspirated her food. We were told that it would be a 2 hour wait time. I asked if they could get her a stretcher or something since she is so uncomfortable sitting up in the wheelchair. They said no. She sat there a while and couldnt stand it longer so we went home. I feel that someone her age should have been seen to more quickly and especially before younger folks just coming in with a cold, etc. I think they would understand the priority. .

Worst worst experience ever! mommies Dont Have your children their! I was in labor for over 20 hours, got forced to have a natural Birth, when I was in pain and so exhausted, the nurse I got Was The worst Nurse any one could ever get. After her delivery they didnt take my baby to the nursery, because according to them they only take the sick ones their. Can yahll imagine what it feels like when they Do Not Help You? Please moms dont have babies their you will regret it for the rest of your life!!!!! Oh and when I wanted to give her the bottle the nurse told me "Do the animals give their babies bottle" like really? Im the mother, I decided what I want to give her!!!

I was having chest pains and was sent home. Went back 3 days later with chest pains, they did a stress test and said my heart was fine, either the doctor lied or was a complete idiot, when I looked on my patient portal and read the report it said I had decreased blood flow and a heart defect. I went to another hospital with the report, they immediately admitted me got surgery. Sometime after that my husband was having a mini stroke, the doctor did my husband was just dizzy from vertigo and sent him home. We left and went to another hospital were they diagnosed him with having a stroke. You will die if you go to this er for anything worse than a cold.

My 4 year old daughter had her tonsils removed on Friday @ GRMC and I was very impressed by the entire staff. Everyone in the Operation team was very friendly and did their best to make my daughter feel comfortable. I wish I knew the names of the entire team I dealt with during the process so I can acknowledge them individually but unfortunately I dont remember. Thank you GRMC for such an excellent customer service!

Horrible... 3:45 am no one here floor is dirty.. used tissues on floor empty coke cans laying around magazines on floor... management dont care how this place looks but they expect you to believe they care about your well being? Not to mention 2 hours later finally processed in ...wow what a joke. Here for a paycheck n thats it...

I went to the ER for emergency 5 times in a week and they couldnt find nothing wrong; but to come find out I did have an infection inside and outside of my body that was making really sick. At 1 of the visits my sugar level was 300 but they found nothing wrong. I will not send anybody I know to this place ever.

They sent my mother in law home with a blood sugar of 210 and a terrible kidney infection. Granted, they got her sugar down from 500 to 210, but they shouldnt have released her until she was completely stable, sugar was at a normal range and had antibiotics for the infection.

Want to thank Dr. Brian Scott for taking Great care of my 2 year old grandson who was hospitalized for 3 days due to a virus and severe fluid loss. EXCELLENT Doctor and we are lucky to have him here at this hospital.

This place sucks. Nurses, doctors sit around on computers while patients wait up to 3 hours plus, just to see a dr. Everything in Seguin sucks. If i could i would give them no stars!

My grandson was born here and they missed a severe heart defect they said it was a heart murmur. Sadly enough he was in heart failure with a heart defect. Worst place ever!!
