Im only giving this a two star because the vet techs and other employees are super sweet and helpful. The vet I saw for my then 8 week old puppy was rude and acted like I was an inconvenience for her. They charged me for heart worm meds when I told them I already was given some by the shelter and what really sent me through the roof was the vet literally spent no more than 2 minutes in the room and didnt care to answer any of my questions. I have since transferred to champions animal hospital off Louetta. A little farther but well worth the drive for much better care and vets who care and are passionate about the fur babies they treat. Again, the employees and vet techs there are superb. The vets however... not so much

I had an incident with my small dog who was not able to walk on his back legs all of the sudden and he is only 4. When i took him to Northpointe Animal Hospital, the staff and the doctor were very sweet BUT i do not appreciate the Doctor himself. When he examined my dog, he immediately said that my dog is paralyzed. Me being 23, that was terrible news for me to hear all of the sudden. I asked him "Do you want to see him atleast try and walk and then determine wether or not he is actually paralyzed?" His response was "No, because i already can tell you that he is paralyzed". COME TO FIND OUT, MY DOG HAS BEEN ON CAGE REST FOR 3 WEEKS AND IS NOW WALKING ON ALL 4 LEGS. ----- Thanks for not giving me ANY hope.

Dr. Jackson and the staff were so nice. They took very good care of my parents dog Abby during the last few months of her life. I cant say enough about their customer service. Whether it be a routine checkup or an emergency, I would totally trust them with any of my animals. Dr. Jackson has been in the business for a long time and its obvious that she is very knowledgeable. Plus, I live in Northpointe. Very convenient.

Dr. Jackson & Dr. Crider are both amazing doctors! I have been taking my fur babies to Dr. Crider for a few years now & my crew loves her. Dr. Jackson is also great which especially with cats. I was in aww when I saw her handle one of mine who can be crancky recently. I would recommend this clinic to everyone I know or anyone who is looking for a vet they can trust for their furry family member!

Dr. Jackson and the staff were so kind to our puppy Brownie, despite our dog being a little scared and aggressive. They also called me to check on him and how he was doing. I also got a letter from them in the mail reminding me that he is due for his next set of shots. I wouldnt have known if it wasnt for them reminding us. I highly recommend this place!

Have been very happy to discover Dr. Jackson and her team shortly after we moved back to Texas. They have provided excellent and compassionate care to our Lab in routine visits, as well as surgery and an emergency. We cant recommend them more highly.

New to the area and took our cats based on their reviews. Dr. Jackson definetly loves cats! They are a great place. Our dogs are going tomorrow. So far our fur family gives them 6/5 stars!! Cats are up and playing right when they got home.
