They are the sweetest people ever! So I came in with multiple 1st and 2nd degree burns on top and bottom of my foot from a work accident. The ladies at the front desk were super nice and concerned about how I was. And they specially were understanding when we hand to call in couple time to fix couple of things with my paperwork for workmen comp. and the nurse there that had to pop my gaint blister on the top of my foot. She was try her best to be as gentle as she could! She kept asking me how I was doing, and if we needed to take a break. And she answers all my stupid and probably annoying answer. And told me what she was doing and why she was doing it. And the docotoe Daniel was sweetest guy. Even tho I didnt like him to much when he had to touch my burn to check on it. But he told me what going to happen and what they going to have to do. And the physical therapy was super nice and funny. And she had really cool sock. Plus super encouraging . And they girl that wrap my foot was gentle and nice. Even tho sometimes you quite understand what she was saying cause she had a head cold. Plus the Valley People are really nice they help you and out of your car. Its sucks that they cant accept tips tho

Healthcare is expensive. My only complaint here is that we were charged full price for a physical therapist consult which took maybe five minutes. If the quality/time of the care matched the price being spent than I would have given these guys a 5 star rating.

The people that work in the burn center are hand selected angels. I spent 22 days in ICU and visit for follow up. There isnt one person here that isnt amazing. I grew to love them all. Great care and a wonderful facility.
