They do a great job of showing you how to help your dog. They want to make things as comfortable as possible for the dog and they provide plenty of treats so as to motivate the dog and leave a positive taste in their mouth concerning the place. I was worried that my dog would not like the water treadmill and they took every precaution to assure she did not get bothered by the experience. They have plenty of helpful equipment and the atmosphere is very welcoming. The people clearly care about your dog and provide the care they would give their own pet. Don’t be shocked when they do stretches or exercises with the dog and then ask you to try, since a large part of the program is that you do the exercises at home as well. Also, they start the first session with a brief exam where they sit on the floor and ask you questions as they test the dogs flexibility, it is only natural that you also sit on the floor with your dog, if you would like a chair so as to not be on the same level as your dog then they would be happy to get you one. They love what they do and are highly experienced. I plan to go back many times and maybe even with other dogs.

They are so nice and pleasant to work with, my dog feels comfortable with Tena and Anneete. They are so warm and loving with my sweet girl. You can tell they have love for our 4-legged family members. I like that they treat them just like family too. Thanks for helping Mia. xoxo

These gals are terrific! My dog had a 50% chance of using her back legs again and one month later she is running. I highly recommend Alta Dog but you must be faithful with the exercises they give you at home to do as well.

Staff loves your pet like their own. They have all the equipment needed to work with the 4 legged types. My dog recently had a stroke and they have her up and walking at this point.
