Okay first things first the ladies there are very nice, very insightful and helpful. I brought my beautiful boxer lab mix in to get spayed and it went very smoothly. I had her all saddled up with her leash, and bright pink harness, along with her equally bright pink collar, and her torn up baby raccoon toy. They recommended getting the pain medication from them, that it would be cheaper. It sure was! Only $10?!? I wish my prescriptions cost that much! They then had me sign that i was aware that cardiac arrest can take place when they go under. Which of course with my first baby I was freaking out as any right dog parent should be. But they gave me no reason to worry and they were very endearing towards her. I called them around noon after dropping her off at 7:30am and asked how she was doing. Now they didnt just tell me what i wanted to hear, she put the phone down and actually went to check on her. She then let me know that the surgery had gone well and Piper was fine. I asked if she was whining at all, and she said no, shes happy and wiggly. Which totally hinted to the fact that her whole butt wiggles when she tries to wag her little stump. I later came to pick her up around 3ish and the process was fast and affordable. They explained everything that i needed to do from introducing her back to her food, to how many pain pills she should be taking a day. Piper didnt seem scared at all, and was so happy to see me that she peed all over. (Yay for me.) Later that night I noticed that her fingernails from hell had been grinded down!! Free of charge! Now that may not be a lot of money for most people to go get their dogs nails trimmed, but Ive been having a hard time these last two weeks. I was and still am grateful for their excellent service! Needless to say, this is where you want to get you dogs/cats fixed. I cant say enough!! Thank You Spay & Neuter!

I took my five month old kitten in for her first vet visit. She got shots, spayed, and micro chipped. The woman who took my information misspelled my name and email address, despite me spelling them out, so all our paperwork was incorrect. When we picked her up the vet was super kind, said there was nothing to report, and that everything went fine. When the kitten was brought out she was extremely distressed, was relieved to see us, but meowed the whole way home. Right as we got home, despite just having surgery, she ate a bowl and a half of food, so I dont think she ate anything for the whole day she was there. Her incision looks great and she calmed down after being home and eating. But we noticed she was walking tentatively and, upon examining her paws, we see that her claws had been hacked up to all different lengths. Four of the quicks in her feet were completely exposed and she was bleeding. I immediately called them and asked why they had done that. Instead of an apology for hurting my kitten, Im regaled with a story about how she had been so afraid she wouldnt come out of her box, so they pulled her out with a net, she scratched them, and they "trimmed" her claws. The woman complained about how difficult it is to trim claws, as if I didnt know this myself despite having done it successfully for five months. She advised we have her sedate for her next visit and said she should be fine. So, what youre telling me is a bunch of professionals couldnt handle a frighten kitten, she acted out, and you aggressively handled her, harmed her, and I wasnt informed of it while I was standing in the office. . . That doesnt sound like a smooth visit to the vet to me! Im furious. This is my first cat and Im shocked at how she was treated. So, unless you want to pay someone to abuse and harm your fur baby, I would suggest avoiding this place.

Poor Service, do NOT trust the price they PROMISE in person. Called & ask for pricing & I was told that since my dog was over 3 years of age she was free but need to pay $35 fluid flush. This was also the price I was told when we dropped her off....$35.00...then they said we recommend to do blood work for dogs over 3 years of age.........Now: $70.00 thought that was a great deal & we agreed.....Then we go to pick her up & up they charge me $145.00 with a hidden $65.00 dollar fee for the procedure. I informed them that I was told on the phone and also in person once dropped off it was free for animals over 3 years of age.
(I had a free voucher that was given to me from no more homeless pets. But since they told me on the phone that dogs over 3 where free I left it at home. The person at the front desk told me that I SHOULD have brought in the voucher in the morning when dropping off the animal to get the free procedure even though the told me on the PHONE & in PERSON it was free. ...Then we asked if we could run home & get the voucher & they said "NO"......To top it off, they charge extra for the pain meds for the animal, OF course people are going to want their animals in NO PAIN but to charge EXTRA!!? (None of the other vets charge extra they include it in the price) ...BOTTOM LINE: the Customer service is horrible & they where trying to hide fees & "up-sale" like a car salesman. ***If I would have know the cost before I would have taken my dog elsewhere since i had my other dog fixed for $25 bucks (at BEST FRIENDS SANCTUARY) drugs & procedure included & they make you feel that they CARE ABOUT YOUR ANIMAL

The staff was very unprofessional today. They took our dog back for simple routine shots, and we could hear her screaming bloody murder. As soon as they were done, I took our dog out to the car to try and calm her down. A couple minutes later, my wife walked out in TEARS. My wife tried talking to the vet tech about what happened, but the girl was so rude to her. She accused our dog of hurting one of the technicians, but wouldnt say what she supposedly did. The technician just stared blankly at my wife and asked for our credit card to pay the bill. My wife again tried finding out what happened and making sure everyone was ok, but the girl refused to speak. The technician just stood there glaring until our receipt printed, then she walked away. Our dog has never been aggressive, nor has she shown aggression to anyone. If she did, we genuinely Want to know. However, we didnt hear her growl or bark once while she was taken back to get the shots. But we did hear 2 minutes of yelps, cries, and screams (as did every other patron in the waiting room, who sat wide-eyed or with jaws dropped). Our dog is 2 years old and has received all her shots just fine in the past, so I dont know what in the world they were doing to her. I doubt we will return to this clinic. In the meantime, we have emailed them in hopes of speaking with someone else about what happened. Please learn to treat your animal and human customers better.
