We dont have to go to the vet too often but the couple of times we have gone to Ohana vet, the staff and services were great. This time I called to make an appointment for our cat bc our family is moving to Singapore. I spoke with the manager Todd and he was Sooooo helpful. He has helped with overseas vaccines and paperwork but never for Singapore. So he said he will research it for me with the US and Singapore site to make sure our cat got ALL the requirements necessary to enter the country and get the least amount of quarantine. Today was our cats appointment for the rabie shot and to be ISO microchipped compliant. Again the service was excellent, staff were friendly and efficient. They handled my cat well and she was at ease. Todd the manager spoke to me about the requirements for our cat, researched it and gave me copies of the requirements that were highlighted. I was thoroughly impressed with his thoroughness and going over and beyond bc it was so overwhelming for me. I seriously didnt know where to start. Im so grateful Todd and the staff are helping me thru this long strict process. Thank you Ohana Veterinary Team.

Im new to the area and had a referral from a family member to this vet office. I was stressing over finding a great vet as the one I left in MA was awesome. I show my dogs and need to have great care of them. I was super impressed with the office. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. You could tell everyone there loved animals, and everyone came to say hi to my dog. Dr. Medici was absolutely awesome. She said hi to the dog before she even went over what Id told the desk what I was there for. You could tell she loved dogs. She went over everything and encouraged questions and made sure I could see exactly what she was referring to. I think she will be one of the best vets Ive ever had for my dogs. Ive shown, breed, pure-bred dogs for the past 25 years. Ive had a lot of great vets over that time period. Ohana is definitely going to be at the top of that list!

Based on my experience, Ohana Veterinary Care is truly what youre looking for when trying to choose the ideal caretaker for your pet/s. After a lot of trial and error visits, a lot of money, and no favorable results with my previous Vet, out of pure desperation, and reading the numerous favorable reviews about Ohana, I decided to switch. Long story short, Dr. Medici eliminated my cats pain and suffering, and literally saved his life. Every now and then, we might actually get lucky with an animal that weve decided to bring home and add to our life. That animal becomes much more than something that just depends on you to feed it, and change its litter box. My cat, Mojo, is exactly that piece of luck. Weve bonded, theres a deep and real connection between the two of us. Ill be forever grateful to Ohana Veterinary Clinic for saving my little buddys life.

I have been taking my dogs to Ohana for a few years and can honestly say it is the best veterinary service and physicians I have ever encountered in one office. I have in recent years had three older rescue dogs and two of them had very complicated medical conditions. One was 13 years old and one was 14 years old. Dr. Medici is outstanding in that she listens, thinks outside the box and explains everything so that together you feel you are making the right decisions for your pet. The staff is a pleasure to work with. They go out of their way to accommodate my schedule, work to get urgent cases in and take a real interest in your pet. You feel like you are visiting a family member when you walk in. The receptionists will even come around and greet my dogs and do everything to make your visit comfortable. Out of 5 stars, I would give Ohana a 10!

Ohana is bar none THE best vet in town. Weve been seeing Dr. Medici, the owner of the practice, since 2011 and I wouldnt dream of taking my pets anywhere else. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the doctors, you wont find a more hospitable, reliable, genuine and helpful crew! To boot, their prices are more than reasonable and far more so than many animal clinics Ive experienced or researched in the past. We took our Baylee in to be spayed. Once again, we received tremendous service and Baylee received the best of care from Ohana. The staff at Ohana are always so courteous and friendly and professional. They take great care of our Baylee and talk/walk us through each and every step of our puppys care...and the follow-up phone call a day or so later is a wonderful touch. I changed vets this year because of lack of comm. from my last vet. Ohana Vet Clinic has not only given my dog the care she needs & deserves, but have followed up with calls to check on her progress. They are accessable at almost any time & their care & concern for my dog is outstanding & comforting. Opinions differ, but for SADIE & I they have been excellent & I couldnt ask more from a vet. I had been out walking my dogs and went by Ohana to set up appointments. After a quick check on their health history in the computer Tiffany determined that we could have both of my dogs be seen by the veterinary technician. Ohana has been providing the most excellent care for our dogs since the practice opened. Dr. Medici cared for our dogs when she previously was associated with another practice. The entire practice is staffed with the most passionate and caring staff imaginable -- from the front desk employees to the vet techs, to the vets. As long as we live within a 50 mile drive, Ohana will be our go-to vet care!
