Although my dog isnt the biggest fan of this place, the lobby has always been bright and welcoming. The receptionists greet you the moment you walk through the door and you can grab yourself a cup of coffee or tea. Sometimes theyll even have cookies for you! Theres probably about 7 cars worth of parking in front of the building and to get out of it, it can be pretty annoying when you leave during rush hour. The nurses are friendly when they bring you to the back and always called my dog by her name. The doctor and the nurses both are knowledgeable and ensured that my dog had the best care possible. They made sure that I understood what cataracts and glaucoma is and gave me the different treatment options. The services are kind of pricey, but with the high quality service, its worth it.

These services arent cheap, but thats the nature of the industry. This clinic is upfront about medical costs and gives you prices to take home in advance. They didnt run on time, but not many doctors offices. When my dog came back from her procedure, they even gave us a little insulated bag to transport her medicine in. The office is pretty easy to reach by phone and schedule appointments with.

We started with the Kirkland office & was delighted to find the same happy, helpful, friendly people in the Renton office. My little guy is not a cuddler, but soaks up the attention & comes home happy. If you need eye care, their knowledge & specialized treatment is excellent!

Seeing Dr. Jones for years. Everyone there is professional and upbeat. They are compassionate and up to date on the latest medical information. They hug and cuddle their furclients. Office is clean. They serve cookies and hot drinks. Stress free environment.

These are the only eye doctors I would trust my pet with. They are very professional and caring toward pets. They work to ease the stress and pain for the animals.
