It appears since this clinic is under new management and Dr. Z is not around as much, it has went extremely downhill. The only positive aspect is that the ladies (vet techs and front desk) who work there are very nice. Unfortunately that does not compensate for the negatives. Every single appointment I have been to in the last 3 months has been late. The office seems unorganized and they misplaced my new pets file. The last straw was my pets annual visit last night, where I called ahead to make sure they were on time with appointments and ended up waiting an additional 1/2 hour. I understand emergencies and unexpected animals coming in, but this has been a pattern. To add insult to injury, the visit for my pets annual vaccines cost me $245.00 (used to be about $130.00). When I commented on this I was told "they used to charge an exam fee and we dont do that anymore". Great, but that doesnt matter when you are charging me $60.00 for an unnecessary heart worm test and upped all of the vaccination charges. It is so unfortunate because it was such a great place close to home, but I will be taking my business and pets elsewhere.

My husband and I were sad to hear that Dr. Zaeske sold his practice, because we loved him, his excellent bedside manner, and his expertise. After reading mixed Google reviews about the changes at the clinic, I was leery of taking my dog in for his annual vaccines & exam. I was considering the possibility that Id have to take him elsewhere in the future. I was pleasantly surprised when I took him in today. I arrived a couple minutes early for his appointment, and they got us in right away. Staff were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Eddie, my dog, seemed comfortable and was not nervous around staff. Dr. Williams took her time in explaining procedures & prices and the reasons for the cost increases where applicable. Im grateful to have this clinic in my neighborhood, and Im pleased to feel comfortable with continuing Eddies care so close to home.

Took my dog Reggie in for his check up and vaccines and was so happy to see all the changes to the clinic. The new furniture and fresh coat of paint has really brightened up the waiting room and I appreciated the hot coffee available on such a cold day to help warm up while I waited for my appointment. Everyone was so nice and the new female doctor was so good with Reggie and made me feel very comfortable. The exam rooms were very clean and the clinic as a whole smelled really good, it was amazing that they have animals going in and out all day. I will miss Dr. Z but I am very happy with all the positive changes the new owners have made and look forward to coming back to the clinic year after year. Thanks for the great care of Reggie and I!

My familys cats have been going to Dr. Kurt for years, we refer anyone we know with a pet to go there as well. He is knowledgeable, straightforward, caring, and he has a great relationship with the pets and their owners. Our cats have been going to Dr Kurt for anything from routine checkups, to neutering, or anything else along the way. The rest of the staff is very nice and efficient. The whole place is always clean and well organized. We have also boarded cats there who needed it as well. All in all its a great place. I appreciate his truthfulness, and explanations, and the fact that he doesnt want to waste our time and money.

Since Dr Z. has gone to part time, Ive seen three different vets at the office and it appears that is the way business will carry on. I paid $45 for a test 10 days ago and after completing the medicine need a repeat test and its gone up to $63 because it is no longer owned by Dr Z apparently. I will now go to a closer Vet because the two reasons I went to this particular clinic was for Dr Z and the reasonable prices. I dont want to pay for their brand new computer and fully stocked shelves.!

I am a new puppy owner with a problem within the first two days. I walked in at 8am when they opened and they helped me right away, though it wasnt urgent. Very friendly, helpful office. Nice doctor, seems very knowledgeable. Reasonable prices. Would recommend from this first experience, and am having neutering and eye surgery performed within the next few weeks with them.

the waiting room and patient room were filthy, really dirty. Luckily my dog had his shots. I had issues with the glue he used with my dog, it didnt stay together and he got it all over his belly. I ended up taking my dog somewhere else to have staples, antibiotics and pain relief. The Doc seems very nice but not the place for me or my dog.

amazing place, very clean. friendly staff and doctor was very helpful and sympathetic to my situation and needs. the price was very reasonable. it was my first visit there today, and i will guarantee that i will from now on bring my pets back there. thank you for the help and everything you did for me.

I have been with Center for Animal Health since I had to put my first fur baby to sleep! They helped me to be able to afford getting her ashes back. Ive stuck with them ever since. The faces have changed but the comfortability has stayed the same. You can tell the employees truly live animals!

The team at Center for Animal Health takes great care of our pets and does a great job of remembering things from previous visits. They explain needs well and have good conversations that lead to health care questions we might not have thought of otherwise.

I drive all the way from Racine to see Dr. Zaeske. Been going to him for a year. Wont take my cat anywhere else. Always willing to squeeze in appointments. Dr. Zaeske is very nice, very good and his treatments have always been spot on. Awesome vet

I love the Center for Animal Health. Ever since my friend told me about this place it has been a Godsend. Everyone is so willing to help pitch in for Dr. Z and I am truly grateful for every time they have taken care of my dog when he gets ill.

I took my puppy here today and over all the experience was great but I had her nails clipped here and they cut every single nail to far and each one was bleeding. Im so mad. I will never go back there again.

I have had nothing but great experiences with this vet. I have had my dog for a little over a year now. Everyone there is super friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
