Atlantic health and the urology group that they have are absolutely awful. The doctors are all unaccommodating. I can never make an appointment for at least an entire month, if not more, especially since each doctor only works one afternoon a week and books surgeries on those nights and do not make that night up any other day of the week. This doctors office did not send my referral for a procedure and I was charged. I called and thought I fixed this problem, but found out I am now on collection and have not even gotten a bill from Atlantic Health yet! How do I pay for something when there is no bill???? I am so displeased with this health care system and doctors office. They did not even fix my problem. I ended up going to Summit Medical Group and found a urologist there who solved my problem. I wish this place was great due to convenience, but I will never go to a doctor in the Atlantic Health Care system ever again, unless big changes are made.

Had an exercise stress test. The new facility is well designed and functioned smoothly. Intake and registration were swift, accurate and on time. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. Special kudos to Diane and Dicey who administered the test. Smiles from both which eliminated anxiety. Everything was thoroughly explained step by step before anything was done or I was asked to sign off. Ample time and opportunity to ask questions. And, of course, the test itself was expertly and professionally administered. A job more than well done.

At this holiday season I wanted to say thank you to your staff today for taking great care of me during my echo cardiogram and stress test. Nona, Diane and Dicey were absolutely amazing people to have during my testing. They had great personalities, made wonderful conversation and I left with a smile on my face. Please let them know what a fabulous job they did today and wishing you all a happy holiday!
