Great experience for the mom of a scared kid!! I felt so bad for the woman that had to draw the blood from my very scared 8-year old son. But she was so patient and kind. She was very calm and sincere, never became impatient or annoyed. She kept a low, calming voice and explained everything to him.

Very pleased with the service. Quite punctual but the most important thing is skillful staff. I took my one year old to get a blood draw. The technician took her time to carefully find my baby vein. The process was really quick. My baby only cried for a little bit. Very skillful & friendly staff!
