I never even went there. When I called the lady at the front desk was rude and nasty. When. I asked if she had a Sarurday appt. She said there are no Saturday appts. She said take the appt. They want to give me or dont bother coming here and she told me I better have my referral if I need one or I will pay $375.00 all that is the exam for $100.00 plus. $200.00 for glasses and $75.00 for the exam and other charges for the lenses and she didnt know the prices for that stuff. I told her I had UHC and Medicaid she said losers have medicaid and she was sick of paying for people who didnt want to work

Id not recommend anyone going to that eyes doctor office at all unless you got nothing else to do......extremely worst customer services....a mean lady walked way from me when I had question about my bill and I asked to see what I supposed to pay because it wasnt right (they charged me extra without explanation from the beginning since I was told differently) unfortunately, another young lady came and gave the look!? then she got an attitude w/o doubt...I did ask twice......didnt give me the list of what Im paying for. It was my first time there and surely it will be my last!!!!

Strange...I have been going to this office for over 25yrs and I never had a problem with any of the staff. Drs Pritz and Gray are excellent Optometrists. They are also, all about customer service. Im sure they would do anything to satisfy your concerns. I have tried other places a couple of times just to compare...they didnt meet the standard of care and service at Pritz & Gray so I just go here now. Im just another patient...I wanted another point of view posted as I feel the other comment is not my experience with this eyecare office at all...Rob D

Dont Say I Didnt Warned You! Looking for optometrists that are rude, evil, with horrible customer services and bad attitude who will overcharge you in every way possible? Then look no farther, you come to the right place. Just book a appointment with any of the optometrists in this office and youll understand what I meant exactly. No need to thank me for saving you the troubles that I been through... Wish someone had warned me before hand.

I was there 6 month ago not only did I over paid for my Eye Glasses with no explanation still, but now am ordering Contact Lens and I cant see through my left eye. I can see perfectly with my Eye Glasses but the $70.00 contact I got Friday are no Good, and dont even think about a refund.... long story short never EVER Going BACK!!!! and next time I will read reviews before considering a DR....
