Always quick. Very polite phlebotomist. Always a professional encounter except for prescription not being delivered by my dr. Office or being lost when I arrive at six in the morning. Now I call prior to arriving to make sure they have my paperwork

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! They make you wait for a long time. So be prepared! The people that do the paperwork are very poor at customer service. A trip to get blood drawn should not be such a horror!

Saturday morning expect a wait... I signed in at 7:35 am and was taken in at 8:20. Staff is friendly and very quick. Overall it was a hassle free experience.
