I didnt like it at all. Would not recommend this vet to anybody. They didnt do anything and the doctor had no idea what she was doing. Ive been to 3 other vets for my other dogs and I really liked them but this vet is the worst one Ive ever been to. Was not happy at all and didnt like how she was treating my dog. She was just guessing what my dog had. She had no idea what was going on. Wouldnt really let me talk. She pretended like I dont know my own dog. Its not the proper check up and she told me my dog had a very high fever but I said how bc my dog showed no signs of a fever . So she checked it again and said she has no fever. Makes no sense. Doctor was not even friendly like other vets i will never go back here. She did not help at all. Just a waste of money. Plus its not the most clean place .. also while grabbing my dog she made my dog bleed. Worst vet Ive ever gone to.

Each time I go to the West Side Pet Clinic I leave completely at ease and with happier cats. My cats are getting up there in age and have been having their "moments", usually last minute moments where I need to have them looked at right away. I am so thankful that the West Side Pet Clinic is so easily accessible, reasonable, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, etc. They really are an asset to the West Side! My favorite vet on staff is Dr. Giallella. She is just overall great and totally makes me feel like family and less anxious when we have to make our vet visits. Joe at the front desk is always great when I call in with a question and when I stop in for a vet visit. Overall, I am just extremely happy with the West Side Pet Clinic and am very thankful that we have a clinic of the sort.

It is an amazing place. They work fast and really good. They are also really polite and nice to you and your pet. I just had to fill in form which I already did in advance and gave my previous records and they took care of everything. The place is nice and clean. The vet which in my case was Dr. Sickels was great. At first another lady brought us to the exam room and took all the info needed and gave some treats. She was really nice. Then Dr. Sickels came over and was really informative, answered all my questions of concern and performed physical exam and gave shots to my cat. Everything went great. It is also cheaper than anywhere else and there are no hidden fees or anything like that. Convenient place with parking. Definitely recommend! :)

never ever going to this place again... aint even do a proper physical on my dog, and all she was doing is guessing what my dog has, you supppsed to be a Vet you supposed to know whats going on. Dont be chocking my dog, with a leach she dont bite, how you gonna tell me what i know about my dog she dont bite she never bit any one in her entire life. she was scared she hates vets like alot of dogs do. never again going here. city creatures 100% better than this place, and thats where my dog will be going from now on!!!

Very affordable and the staff is friendly, kind and caring. They can provide most basic care, including prescriptions for medicine and special pet foods - and will refer you to an affiliated clinic if your pet requires treatment they cant provide (surgery or the use of specialized diagnostic equipment). The only caveat is that as of writing this review, most days are a first come first served basis, with some exceptions when they have a day that you can schedule an appointment at a specific time.

The West Side Clinic is truly a blessing. Under the most dire of circumstances, we went for our 1st visit to have our beloved faun pug " Zoey " be put on her path to heaven. I would HIGHLY recommend this wonderful clinic for their professionalism, caring, and sympathy under our circumstances. We all are truly blessed to have this clinic and its staff. I am so impressed with the veterinarian and his team at The West Side Pet Clinic on Niagara Street. It is wonderful to see a professional understand and address the needs of a community. The level of concern and knowledge was top notch. I am very satisfied with the level of service and courtesy my Cat and I received today. The honesty that I encountered today, unfortunately, seems very rare. God bless the West Side Pet clinic.

Weve brought Steve the cat to West Side since he adopted us last fall. He had all his shots, a couple visits due to crazy hard to kill fleas & his allergy to them and they have taken good care of him, and his slightly neurotic pet humans. We also took our beloved dog Lenee, and sadly we had to euthanize due to her illness. As sad and awful as it that is, they did it with dignity and caring, which Lee and I appreciate.

Fast Quality Service without an Appointment. Ive gone here twice for shots and eye checkup and both times I was seen within 5 minutes of walking in, without an appointment. They quickly got the job done; and while doing so were very loving toward my dog making her very comfortable. Theyre geared towards more economically priced services. Very happy with service and will continue to do business.

I had a litter there on Friday. The veternarian was amazing. The pups got shots and she was very good with them. They came home was werent acting right. She told us to bring them back in free of charge. The pups needed an antiinflammatories. Which were also free. I cant thank them enough oh and great prices. 200 for the visit plus shots and deworming. AMAZING!!!!!!

Just went here for the first time with my dog! I got all her vaccines updated and a physical, all for a fraction of the cost of the vet we used to go to. Staff was great, and I am so thankful that I was able to get great affordable care for my dog. I recommend them to everyone!

I just returned from a visit to the West Side Pet Clinic. What a wonderful experience! Dr. Sickels is terrific, and took great care with my cat. The prices at the clinic are far below other clinics in the area, and the clinic is easy to get to. Four paws up from Buttercup!

Customer service and pet care are excellent. Have been there with a dog and a cat and have been seen by 3 dr.s in the practice - all wonderful. Walk-in only - not by appointment. Can sometimes wait a bit but not usually too long - and they dont rush through.

Took my basset hound to see Dr. Sickles today because she is limping. Dr. Sickles was extremely thorough as usual. The doctors and the rest of the staff are always friendly, caring, and helpful. I wouldnt take my dogs anywhere else. Love this clinic!!!

We brought our dog to the clinic for her shots and general check up. The staff was very nice and kind. They were very gentle with our dog and made her very comfortable during the exam. We plan on bringing her back and we refer everyone to them.
