The vet I saw was not just hostile but actually physically PUSHED me across the room when I pet my cats head as he examined my cat. He shouted "never touch an animal while I am near it"... Hmmm hes either suffering terror of animals or blatant sociopathy. Later during the year when I called in and requested a different vet see my cat as my experience was bad to say the least - they called me back and said that since I clearly had such a bad experience I should go somewhere else... Found a great loving and gentle animal hospital a mile down the road from them.

We have been using Park Hills Animal Hospital for the last 13+ years. All the doctors there are well trained, compassionate and eager to share and teach pet parents. We have two dogs and 8 guinea pigs and they know each animal by name. We recently lost our older dog and I have to tell you that in such a stressful and horrific time in my familys life, they were compassionate and gave her, her dignity and love and allowed her family to be with her, hold her, even In her last moments. It gave such comfort to her as well as her family. Thank you Dr. OKeefe!

We have been bringing our dog to Park Hills for several years, and with each visit our girl receives the best care. Not only are the doctors competent, but she always receives lots of love. Wonderful place. I’ve taking my pets here since 2012 after becoming disenchanted with the previous vet practice I use to go to. The vets here are caring and thorough, they take the time to explain things or answer any questions. The staff is friendly and caring and the place is immaculate. Highly recommend them to any pet parent.

Horrible. They are rude and shady. The staff seems afraid of the veterinarian and the vet was hostile to me and rough with my pet. Luckily there are much kinder gentler vets nearby. Save yourself and your pet the aggravation and go somewhere else.
