Ive said it before, and Ill say it again..we love this place! We were looking for a place that specialized in birds to take our exotics to. We have a rescue African Senegal who is an extremely nervous bird that needed a grooming and checkup. This place was super clean, and a great comfortable atmosphere for ourselves and our pets. The front desk person was extremely kind and helpful. Then we met Dr. Sarah who was going to assist us. I was shocked at how quickly our bird Ruxin warmed up to her, and even seemed to take a liking towards her. It took me 2 years for this bird to warm up to me. It took her 5 seconds! Ruxin even let her scratch his head. On top of that, the grooming was quick and painless. Dr. Sarah even gave us an incredible amount of insight into bird care,diet and all sorts of invaluable information that we will use from here on out. We cant wait to get our Eclectus in there!

Absolutely love these guys:) Our family has been looking for a new vet since ours retired last fall. We have gone to a few different places in town and none of them felt quite right. Well that all changed the second I walked into Napa River pet hospital. Some of the staff from our old vet now works there and were so welcoming. They all made a special effort to stop what they were doing and come say hello and of course greet our pets. Between my mothers house and mine, we have 4 cats and 1 dog who were each treated like family. I am extremely happy to have discovered this place and highly recommend it! Im very happy I chose this office for my cats emergency bite wound infection. Im new to town and had lots of choices, but this office returned my call before I even finished leaving my message on their voice mail! And they got me in 45 min. later, first thing in the morning. Wow. I didnt expect such responsiveness. Everyone there is kind, warm, and very patient and relaxed. Dr. Carroll answered all my questions and concerns, and Han and Cassandra are wonderful. I have great peace of mind knowing that Ive found a very experienced vet seconds from my house who is able to accommodate emergencies.

I recently had to take my oldest dog, age 12 in for kennel cough. He was not getting over it and needed antibiotics. Inc received a very through exam during this visit. Inc had to be placed on antibiotics and cough medicine. The choice of meds was decided by not only need, but also the cost was considered. After we got home and started on the medication, Inc showed improvement in just a couple of days, and was back to himself in no time. I am very happy with the way both my pets and I am treated here, and will continue to support and recommend them to others.

Napa River Pet Hospital is great! Just recently brought my cat in with a swollen eye. Turned out to be an insect sting. Dr. Sara asked that I call back in a few days, regardless of whether the swelling went down or not. I sent an email stating that his eye was indeed much better, and received a thank email promptly. Even our most skittish rescue dog, was fine at Napa Rivers hands. Very professional, prompt on response, reminders for vacs/flea meds/etc. sent on a timely basis, and a friendly staff.

Well...We love our animals, they make you feel so happy...They give you unconditional love and deserve the best care, when needed...Napa River Pet Hospital is caring, loving and gives them what they need...We wish they would take us humans in sometimes, as we wish the care they get, we could get, also..Oh!! forgot to mention the cost is fair to great....Thank You ...Would love to give it a 5 star, but nothing in this world is perfect...

Dr. Sarah was as sweet and welcoming as she could be. Thanks to everyone for taking care of Kiki, and going over everything, thoroughly, with me. I knew exactly what was going to happen to my pup. She came home and is doing great! This was a thoughtful, difficult transition, made much easier because of the kindness of the staff and Dr. Sarah. Thank you, again!

Great with my found paralyzed kitty, although she did not make it, they had everything right there -- Xrays, lab, -- to give her the best care possible. Also saw my Chessie on short notice to treat for a possible flea medication reaction. Everyone is kind and knowledgeable. I am glad I have Dr. Carroll and his staff as my go-to short notice back up vet!

I decided to change veterinarian clinics because all the others seemed so frantic and over booked and I always had to wait. The new Napa River Pet Hospital was such a pleasant change. Very nice and professional staff, clean and organized facility with extremely knowledgeable Doctors. Thank you for getting it right!

I changed vets due to relocating and they are very friendly and helpful. Charlie, Super Cat, needed his rabies vaccination and he didnt even appear to feel it. He is healthy and still weighs 10 pounds so I am not over feeding him. I will continue taking Charlie here.

Had a great experience about two weeks ago at Napa River Pet Hospital. My cat, Annie, isnt very easy to deal with but they were able to give her her shots. Next visit will be easier for both Annie and me because I got a top loading carrier from them.

I took my cat in. Mr. Omar is his name. I expected only the free exam, but the Vet found worms and now Omar is being de-wormed and all is Great! Also, he got a vaccine that includes everything except Rabies.

Fantastic vet clinic! Ive been to almost all of them in Napa but Ill be staying here with Dr. Sarah and her fantastic staff! They are kind, clean, easily available and more affordable, I highly recommend!
