Gabes wife was fired because she stole money from her client. Gabe is the husband of an employee who was fired because we discovered that she had stolen $500 from her client. She took the cash gift card and used it to purchase items on her own website. The owner discovered this after extensive research despite Gabes wifes effort to hide and deny her activities. Home Care Assistance immediately removed the employee from the clients home, filed a police report as well as reporting her to Adult Protective Services. Gabes comments are the result of someone who lied and got caught. I am very proud of the work we do at Home Care Assistance.

A very shady company that should not to be trusted. HCAoS is owned and operated by an incompetent woman that hires unqualified employees to look after your loved ones. The ineptitude of the owner, Kathy Herrfeldt, and her unethical(and illegal) business practices are absolutely astounding. This business should be shut down immediately. This company is run by a criminal who falsifies paperwork and cuts every corner just to make a buck off of her clients and employees. Home Care Assistance Sacramento needs to be investigated and shut down immediately.

I used Home Care Assistance when my mother was recovering from a stroke. As a Hospice RN myself, I was used to working with a number of agencies. This company was superior! They tried to give us the same caregiver each time which meant mom didnt have to get used to someone new each time. The caregiver we had put my mom at ease and cared for her lovingly. I would highly recommend this group!
