Ive lived in Boulder for over 20 years and seen a lot of Vets. Ive been relatively lucky with healthy pets, but a few years ago I lost both of my pets in a three month period. I can honestly say, that throughout all of those years, I really hadnt had a great experience with the places I went, regardless of the money I spent. I decided that when I did get a new pet, I would look for a different Veterinarian/Hospital. One that provided all services - not just well care - and can figure out what is wrong with your pet. I was introduced to Dr. Berman last summer. Not being satisfied with the Vet I had recently selected my new cat, Cleo, I talked with him about Boulder Vets and decided that I would check out Adams County Vet Hospital instead. I had been driving to Broomfield and it really wasnt that much further. I made a blind call, and was able to get an appointment within a short period of time. I requested Dr. Berman. When I showed up, my appointment was with Dr. Berman, not someone else, and I had a seamless entry for a new patient. I brought my cats records and last bill, and didnt wait in the receiving area for more than 5 minutes. When I made the appointment, I asked what I needed to bring, and the person that took my call was extremely helpful and informative, and advised me of pricing when I asked. Its a great place. Clean, welcoming and my cat was so comfortable, which is extremely unusual, especially in a cat carrier. Dr. Berman was amazing, he gave a complete exam, three vaccines, and there was not a whimper, only purring. He told me that my indoor/outdoor cat was an aggressor as she had small scratches inside her ears. The things you dont know. Anyway, if you want a full service Veterinary hospital, with fair prices and experienced Vets performing your pets exams - go here. With all of the consolidations, its nice to find a place that you arent just a number, can see the person you requested, and have your pet taken care of by people who care.

I purchased a new puppy at a pet store and was told to go to Adams County Animal Hospital for a free exam within one week. The person I spoke to on the phone was courteous and friendly and I was scheduled to come in the next day. I noticed how clean the hospital was when I got there and that it didnt have any odors at all.When I met the doctor, he seemed to like his job and my new puppy. He examined Annie carefully and explained that she had a mild case of Kennel Cough.He recommended a blood test and test for parasites .The tests were not part of the free exam but I thought it was worth it to find out all of my new dogs health issues. Annies blood tests were normal but she did have Giardia. I was given some medicine for the Kennel Cough and giardia.The doctor asked if there were any questions that I might have. I said I wish I had a human doctor as thorough and kind as he was. Ill be back in 2 weeks for a follow up examination and vaccines

I recently brought my 2 cats to Adams County Animal Hospital for their annual check up. I found the front staff to be very pleasant and helpful. I was only in the waiting room for a short amount of time even though the clinic seemed relatively busy. Doctor Berman examined my cats. He was very gentle with my temperamental calico Amelie, who doesnt like anyone to touch her except me. The exam was very thorough and to the point which was what my cat really needed in an exam. My other cat Cory, was not happy being there. She has a hard time traveling in the crate getting there and was agitated when we arrived. Dr Berman was very efficient in making it the most pleasant exam possible. The whole experience only took about 20 minutes for both cats. I felt my cats were taken care and I was too. I will bring my cats back!!! Thank you Dr. Berman!

My boyfriend introduced me to this clinic after his dog had seen the lady vet there for some time. I have never had a more caring and transparent vet. My boyfriend and I have been taking our 3 dogs to this clinic for the past 2 years. We moved about a year ago but still drive 30 min to bring our dogs to this clinic. We have met all 3 doctors at this clinic and all of them treat our dogs with love and care. Dr Berman is probably my favorite just because we have seen him the most and he always explains everything and puts my worries to rest. I also appreciate the updates after surgery and follow up phone calls when our dogs have been in. Thank you for the amazing work you do!

We have been taking our two beagles to ACAH for over 5 years now. Considering the amount of problems our dogs have had, we are regulars here! Dr Hover and Dr Berman have been so very good with us and them. They are both very detailed and make sure our dogs receive the very best care. All of our questions are always answered when we are there as well as over the phone. They follow up with us after every single visit and we are just so grateful. Even though weve moved away further and now have to drive a half hour to get there, we simply wont go anywhere else. Thank you for your hard work!

I am a student trying to get into a hospital where I could just shadow for one day so that I can get a better feel of a hospital setting for when I go on extern...whoever answered the phone was VERY rude. When I asked if they offer shadow days she snapped at me and said they dont do that then hung up. This is definitely not a setting I imagine to be working in. So unfortunate because they were on my list of places I would love to work at. They need to learn about customer service.

I absolutely love the staff at this place.They are all very kind and helpful. The vet always explains everything being done which to me always puts my mind at ease since my puppy is my fur baby.I feel confident that my dog is getting the best care in the kindest way anytime I take her there.The only thing keeping me from giving them five stars is the parking us terrible and if you get there at a busy time would have to probably find a place somewhere across the street to park.

Dr. Terry Fujinami is the only vet for my beloved cats. Dr. Fujinami is a cat whisperer, and the kindest vet I have ever had. My cats absolutely adore him and I trust no one else with the health and welfare of my cats. Dr. Fujinami is a very skilled vet and I highly recommend him if you love your pets as much as I do.

Dr.Berman is our regular vet and is super wonderful, we have had great experiences with everyone. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats and they treat them so well! I recommend anyone needing a vet to look here first. I wont go to anyone else, they treat our animals with care and love.
