I boarded my three dogs for vacation. My two oldest dogs play together and sleep together for over a year now. The first morning I was contacted and told they got into a fight and one had bad cuts on her face requiring stitches. I was told it would cost about $440.00, I told them I could not believe this as they have always gotten along and sleep together at home all the time. The next day I had a message from the vet telling me the surgery went good and my dog was doing okay. That was the last contact I received before I picked my dogs up. When I picked my dogs up, you can see by the images what my Boston looks like, I could not believe it. Then came the bill, over $800.00 in medical expenses, plus the boarding, in total nearly $1100.00. WHAT? No explanation, no responsibility for what happened under their care. I asked if there was anything they could do with the cost as this is absurd. They said there is nothing they could do. I then went homer and read reviews on google as well as their Facebook page. I could not believe what I was reading, I also could not believe the clinics responses to the complaints. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT use this clinic, at least not for boarding when you leave your pets in their care. Response to response. As you can see by how arrogant the owner is by his response you can tell what type of business he runs. His Google review is only 3 stars, in my opinion 3 stars is mediocre at best especially for a business that cares for animals. I never requested a checkup as that is done at their regular vet. My pets play and sleep together to this day so it’s still hard to believe one of them attacked the other. You asked me to bring a copy of the contract in, I’m not about to have you read to me the line that states “we are NOT RESPONSIBLE. For the statement that “you did nothing but scream and belittle the 5’ tall receptionist to the point that she was almost in tears”, an obvious lie as my 2 children and wife were present. I would never scream at someone especially in front of my children. There were plenty of employees other than the receptionist as well as a doctor, if a customer was out of line I would think a receptionist would get someone else. One employee just sat there shaking his head. Please read the reviews, think about if what happened in the negative reviews occurred to you or your pets and how that would impact you before boarding your loved one at this place.

This vet is the worse customer service ever. This is my second time that I get really upset with them. Dr. Yedo is the most uncaring, rude, egotistical vet I ever met. He never takes the time to explain the health care about my dog nor does he care. The first time I went to bring my dog to the vet, Dr Yedo mumbled something about needing help and then left. Another vet lady took over and she was nicer. My 13 year old dachshund needed tooth extraction done and so needed blood test. Ok, paid $105 for the test then 3 days later they called and said my dog needed urine test and they want me to extract the urine from the dachshund myself. Huh! Ok, managed to do that too with help from my daughter. Dropped the sample. Got a quote and off course has to wait a few more months to save for a $300 to $400 for tooth extraction. So, finally made the appointment and had to wait 4 weeks for a Saturday appointment and brought my dog for tooth extraction. Guess what Dr Yedo has the nerve to tell the blood test is outdated and he has to redo and pay another $100 and of course have to reschedule the surgery. And I said, it is the vets and technician responsibility to inform patient that the blood test is outdated when I make the appointment 4 weeks ago and not tell me on the day of surgery. Can you imagine you schedule a surgery with a surgeon and the doctor says "Oops! Can do surgery today. We need to do this test. So, come back and reschedule." How would that make you feel? Dr Yedo simply said "We dont have time to check each and every record on file to make sure you have an updated blood test or not." So, that basically tells me "yeah Im stupid, and its my fault". Is it that hard for the front desk/tech to call me a week before the surgery and say I needed to redo the blood test instead of actually pulling the record on the day of surgery. That tells me somebody is not doing their job, or they dont care. Im never going to bring my pets to this vet anymore. Dont care if they are cheap but its not worth it being treated like you are stupid. I can get better service with another vet who is more caring and talk to me like Im somebody. Never again. Please beware of this vet. Go someplace else where the Vet actually talk to you as a person. Other vets that I go to always talk to the pet owners in a more caring way and take the time to discuss issues instead of pushing you out the door.

We needed to get our dog neutered and did some research for a few months before committing. Dr. Yedo was more than helpful through e-mail and answered all of the questions that I had and gave me an accurate estimate through our correspondence. My husband was super nervous to leave our dog at a place that we havent used before and cautioned me to not leave him if I got any bad vibes when I dropped him off. I checked in and the gentleman who helped me was hard to understand as he was mumbling a bit and seemed unenthusiastic, but then I looked at my watch and reminded myself that it was 7:15 AM and I was a frazzled mess at that point too. Our conversation improved immensely throughout the 10 minutes that I was there checking my dog in. The gentleman also helped get my 80 pound dog on the scale, which was much appreciated, since he wasnt having any of it! The lady helping at the front desk answered all of my questions about grooming services and I left feeling very confident in the care my dog was about to receive. I returned at 5 PM to pick my dog up. I had two people helping me and the process was so quick and easy. One of the ladies rang me up while the other went through the aftercare directions very thoroughly. The same gentleman from the morning brought our dog out and he seemed like his normal, happy self. I received a call from Allbrick Vet Clinic the next day to see how my dog was doing. I sincerely appreciated the follow up. Allbrick Vet Clinic went above and beyond in my opinion and will be my "go to" vet going forward. Please do not let the bad reviews determine your decision, as accidents happen and people are always looking for a way to get out of a bill or receive a discount. NEVER BRING YOUR DOG HERE! This is the most unprofessional, rude, cruel place I have ever been! To start the staff is beyond rude, they not only lack common courtesy but they also TRAUMATISED MY DOG! I took her in to get fixed, I asked them to do a check up on her before the surgery. They asked me to drop her off and give them an 9 hour window before I could pick her up. When I came to pick her up the snobby blond at the front not only did not greet but would not even help me! She just ignored me and everyother person in the waiting room. When I asked if I need to simply sign in or wait she rudely replied, "Cant you see Im filling medicine, I know why your here" and walked off. Bringing back another employee to tell me that they found a common mite on my dog. So they didnt do the surgery. THEY DID NOT CALL ONCE! 9.5 HOURS my dog was there WITHOUT FOOD OR WATER! No treatment done. No microchip implanted. No surgery done.....9.5 HOURS! When I asked if they could atliest start the treatment the girl working laughed and said "Its 530, no." It was only 4 when I went to pick up my dog. She just did not want to help at all! You need to evaluate your staff before you hire them better! My dog is like my child, I cant believe how HORRIBLE this place is. Days after I got my dog home she is still easily startled, hesitant to eat and just overall different! WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH ANY BUSINESS! I had to make an apt at another vet for the following day to get treated, they had no problem treating her. I CANNT BELIEVE, NOT ONE CALL IN 9.5 HOURS! Dont take your animal there, you will regret it!
