I was there this past Saturday brought my lil dog Cindy just a 12.5 lbs. And 12 years old. I supected she jump from the bed and hurt her sholders. I had no appointment so they ask me to drop her off. I say no she is in pain and scared i will wait outhere. A got there at 10:30 the the the vet tech took her out my arms about 12:20 now they close at 12:30. The door to the exam room wasnt closed all the way. I couldnt belive my eyes this this big moron with a ponytail vet tech got my lil dog swept her from her legs slamming her on that steel table pinning her down by the neck. She is now yelping and crying. That was very brutal and unnecessary. Possible inflicting more injuries. Now i belong to a Italian greyhound group saying that i have brought my boydog Luke about 6 weeks ago with some kind of breathing problem. At this time my group start flooding my account with donations. Im sure Dr. Hill aware of this. Not that that my dog almost die from the wrong diagnose he sold me some heart meds at astronomical prices of medications not needed. Just one of the meds cost a $100 dollars for a month suppy. When we look up this med it sells for $35 dollars. What a scam. The same med that almost kill my dog. The fact that the staff is nice, they get piad and told to be that way otherwise you have no business. Appeeling do you good demeanor and the love for your pet. When they ask you to drop your dog you dont know if gonna be trated at all the just want your money. They make more money and see more patients on 5 hrs. On Saturday than what he does all week. So Dr Hill i dont doubt that when you started the business you truly have love for the animals but as you got popular your love is just for the money now. This is far from over if i cant get you to court i will exhaust every public media incuding the local news. I brought my little dog there to get relief from her pain, Not for you peolpe to abuse her .

Do not bring your animal here if you do not have the time to sit with them! I dropped off my dog and paid the full office visit charge as I work a full time job and after telling receptionist what was going on she rec I not wait a moment longer! I was told sorry we dont know what the lump is and we are unable to drain it or to remove so you need to go to a specialist if you want. I asked well does the doc think its needed or is it just a fatty cyst? Nurse responded I dont know he didnt put that info. So what was the point in this visit?! The nurse I spoke with went on to treat me like i was a problem and was bothering her and advised there was nothing else she can tell me or do for me and of course the vet is in surgery and cant talk to me.. I have been bringing both of my animals here for 7 years. I will now be finding a new vet. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! CANNOT BELIEVE THE WAY I WAS TREATED!!!! UPDATE!! Ms.Courtney took the time to talk with the vet and called me back right away with my options and what the vet thought. She saved me! Im going to say that this might have been just a lack of care on Brittany (the original lady I spoke with) then on the clinic itself. When youre worried and scared for the life of your loved pet who has been a part of your family for 13 years, a little more bed side manner is needed than what Brittany was able to provide...Or maybe just common human decency. She should do a little personality training with Courtney! Maybe Brittany can learn a few things!!

My dog has been with Dr. Hill for at least 10 years and I thought they could do no wrong. Until my dog started getting external tumors and had swollen salivary glands and the response was always to do surgery. Or lets see if a teeth cleaning will help clear away the swollen saliva gland, even though he had a cleaning less than a year ago. To me a seemed like a constant guessing game. There was never a suggestion to find out what was causing these issues. Each time my dog had surgery, the tumors grew back within 6 months. I finally had enough and took my dog elsewhere. These doctors suggested a cytology test, x-rays, and blood work. After these tests were completed they personally reviewed the findings with me. The x-ray results alone showed he has an enlarged liver, mass on his heart, a kidney stone, and a few internal tumors. Blood showed high liver levels. I was shocked that none of this had been checked with Dr. Hill. So glad I decided to go elsewhere, I just wish I made the decision sooner.

i really loved my experience there i thought my cat had URI but turns out his RBCs/platelets were low. and he may have autoimmune illness. he recovered and is on meds now, but the clinic staff was so helpful to me and professional and honest. they just cut to it not wasting any time. trust me there is no time to waste the clinic is sooo busy. i dont think there excepting any new patients right now. my cats symptoms were-lethargy, not eating, fever (103.8) extreme eye discharge (green) at first then clear, frail, not meowing- and hes a talker, it looked like he lost wgt but didnt, also he seemed slightly dehydrated but wasnt sure i did force feed him with goat milk and water few times a day maybe 2-3 tbl spoons. all this lasted about 2 days started to recover on 3rd and fully on 4th. i think this was his 1st episode. he is about 13-14 y/o

Being new to the area I rely on reccomendations from friends, especially when it comes to my animals. We have three dogs and one of them was a rescue who needs special care. The staff at the Animal Clilnic of Casselberry were very patient when I described her needs and at the time of drop off, one of the staff members who has worked with abused dogs took special care with getting her to go back to the kennel and most importantly, although they were very busy due to a holiday weekend, she took the time to make sure that I felt comfortable too. Their prices are excellent, making a weekend away a pleasant experience as boarding three dogs can get expensive. They updated shots while they were there and offered affordable bathing as well. We are very pleased with their service and will definately use them for future trips away.

Amazing place! Not only is Dr. Hill first class, but his staff is as well. They are all friendly, loving, and knowledgable. Ive gotten so much help from calling in and speaking to the women up front. They truly care about the pets that come in. I find it important to feel that Im not being overcharged or tricked when I go for services like this. You pay an affordable price for great treatment and quality, caring people. I had to bring my puppy in three times in one week and they didnt charge me the 2nd or 3rd time. Very understanding and caring. Cant say it enough! First class establishment! First class people!
