This is the worst company to work for. The interview process is very unprofessional, the staffs unprofessional, Gladys the hiring manager hardly knows how to speak Spanish, besides the fact that she talks down to her employees. I got hired as an allergy tech for "Pmc" when I was hired and came to find out that the allergy company I was working for only had about six months of existence. Thats besides the act that these people dont pay their employees. The owner Mike is a very disrespectful, unprofessional and racist man who only cares about making money and covering his preferable employees( whites) This Allergy company called "Amist" is a total disaster. They have changed the rules on how to conduct allergy testing and generate allergy serums various of time, they have billing issues which eventually will cause an overall closing of "Amist" I am a medical assistant coming from New York City, getting paid at a very highly rate. I come from a high patient volume well known hospital where I was considered and respected, then I find myself coming to this obnoxious and unprofessional company. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT EVEN WAIST YOUR TIME. These people dont even have direct deposit! They dont even know how provide it! The first time I was supposed to get my check by mail it wasnt there. Their excuse was that they didnt have my apartment number, meanwhile I had email HR my address just to make sure they didnt have any issues with my pay check and that was all because of the rumors of this company, effectively those rumors where true. Save yourself the time and energy dont I repeat! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!...

This is the worst urgent care in Jacksonville. They incorrectly diagnosed my 2 year old and we had to see his pediatrician 2 days after our visit to Physicians Medical Center to receive proper care. They charged me a copay on the day of the visit and then harrassed me for more money for several months even though my insurance repeatedly said that I did not owe anything additional. I finally had to pay them off after they threatened collections. We will never receive "care" there again.

Awful, awful, awful!!!! They could care less about your time and make you sit there for hours. Meanwhile 6 or 7 of the staff members have nothing to do but stand around talking and doing absolutely nothing while you just sit there. This Gladys lady is incredibly RUDE and very unprofessional. Who gave her the position to run their business? No wonder this place is a giant crap hole.

I havent had a problem. BTW in one of the previous reviews the person says dont waist your time Ummm its waste. Waist Is part of the body. I like pmc. They are all extremely friendly. I have no complaints

Dr. Michael Fialho came into exam room with an attitude. He treated me as an ill individual with a complete lack of respect. No real exam. Do not go here. They dont care.
