We love Dr. Cat! She is super nice and takes great care of our kitties. We had to take our cat in for an upper respiratory infection and you could tell she was genuinely concerned about him. She gave kitty some IV fluids since he was dehydrated and antibiotic pills. Well, he wouldnt eat the pills or anything else really, and wasnt drinking water either so the next day I called back and they had me bring him in right away, gave him more fluids and an antibiotic shot. They also took back the unused pills and refunded our money for them! Thankfully the antibiotic shot worked and kitty is all better now. Im so grateful for the genuine concern and sense of urgency they showed in taking care of my kitty! Thank you!

All of the people at CPPH are friendly and caring. They fuss over the pets and the people. The provide very complete & competent health care for our animals. We trust them completely and are happy to put our pets in their hands. We have gone to them for routine care and for emergency care (a coyote attack!) - in all instances we have been very happy with the care provided. I whole-heartedly recommend Champlin Park Pet Hospital.

Brought my dog in for the first time not knowing what to expect. The staff was prompt in setting the appointment and courteous through the entire process. Dr. Cat was fantastic. The vet was skilled and took good care of our pet. We found the person at the front counter who handles billing/appointments to be rude and unprofessional. I would sooner drive to the rogers clinic than walk to the Champlin clinic. None of our 3 pets will ever be back.

We have been to Champlin Park Pet Hospital before and after the change in staff, The new staff is wonderful and so helpful and understanding and they are great at getting you in in a timely mannor. They have comparable prices and are good even with bully breeds.

Small, intimate clinic. The staff is kind, energetic and dedicated to the care of animals. Dr. Kat is flexible and knowledgeable. What she doesnt know, doesnt scare her, it just represents another opportunity to expand and learn! Wonderful!

Worst customer service ever! Sat in the waiting room for over 30 mins. Ended up walking out and the front desk didnt even apologize for that wait. She just let an unhappy client leave. Dont waste your money or time there.
