Love this vet but be sure to check your bill and ask questions. Weve been going to Dr. Manns office for two years and they do a wonderful job. However I had a billing issue I felt was worth mentioning. When I called a month ago, I was told my dogs appt would cost $123 for 3 shots and 3 Inceptor heartworm pills. This number is correct, and what I paid in the end. However when I went to check out the tech told me I owed $173.98. She gave me the wrong heart worm medicine twice and corrected the bill to $155. Still confused by the amount, I noticed a $32 charge for a Heartworm/Lyme test on my receipt. When I inquired the lady said "Oh they do that once a year." Long story short they credited my account and said they would take the "heartworm test" off my chart for future appts so it wouldnt happen again, but made me feel bad by stating that it was standard for dogs! As if I was permanetly opting out of a test my dog should have done. I told the employee that Im fine with my dog having a heart worm test. The issue is that its the Drs responsibility to tell you upfront "Hey your dog should have a heart worm test once a year, would you like us to administer that today?" None of which was discussed. My dog was simply scheduled to receive shots for Distemper, Leptospirosis, and Bordetella. The same shots I was told in April would cost me $123 - so Im not sure why they decided to add on a procedure without my approval. My dog received 3 shots - one in the leg and two in the back. If one of those was a blood draw for heartworm I wasnt aware or told. Just simply billed afterwards. They worked with me in the end, but be sure to check your bill.

One of the worst, most ignorant vets weve ever been to. And a liar. He refused to listen to us. We told him our cat has allergies and needs a drain in his ear to drain a seroma. He said the cat doesnt have allergies and no one would put a drain in a cats ear (despite our cats other ear having that done) and sent us home without an ecollar. They recommended doing a surgery when it wasnt healing and had to revise it...3 times! He was so painful, but they insisted there was nothing else they could do. We started over the counter allergy meds and got an ecollar from a different vet. Our cats ear has healed and the allergies are undercontrol. Upon reviewing this vet on a different site, he immediately came back and said we didnt follow any of his recommendations....you know...about the allergies, and getting a drain placed, and having an ecollar on him. Things WE asked about and were told no! We now happily take our animals to Annehurst.

Dr. Mann and Dr. St. Clair are both amazing. We have seen Dr. Mann many times and I love him, but I also love Dr. St. Clair because she is so receptive to understanding breed specific issues and needs. She and Dr. Mann were both wonderful dealing with my Great Danes. Our last Dane made it to 11 years old. In the end Dr. St.Clair and Dr. Mann both worked hand in hand with MedVet to help my Dane. I was impressed that they recognize and know when to send someone to a different hospital for things that are beyond their capabilities. We have a new Dane now who is still very young and Dr. St. Clair worked closely with me to understand the special needs of a Giant breed puppy. They require special diets and vaccination protocols and she is up to date on all of these. Anyways, we love them and will never go anywhere else.

We could not be happier with Dr. Mann and all the staff at the clinic. We recently went through a terrible loss of our 1 1/2 year old Newfoundland dog to a rare, debilitating, autoimmune disease. It would have been unbearable without the support of this compassionate staff. They helped us make informed choices as humanely as possible so our pet had the best quality of life for her short time here on earth. They were also very supportive in collaborating care with the specialists at Medvet and OSU. When we finally put her down they didnt even ask us to pay until we came back for her ashes the next week. Dr. Mann does not overtreat or overcharge, and truely wants what is best for you and your pet.

My dog is a rescue that was abused I have had him for 6 years but he is still afraid when he goes to the vet. I moved to Columbus a few years ago and have had a hard time finding a vet. I saw Dr. Richardson at the clinic the way she handled my dog was amazing it was the first time ever that Jake was comfortable and was not shaking in fear at the vet. Dr. Richardson was so compassionate the experience was wonderful. I highly recommend this office they have great vets a friendly, caring staff , they work with your schedule and have reasonable fees as well.

I have been going here for almost 14 years. Dr. Mann and his staff have always been wonderful and the prices are very low for the area. I have always loved my experiences here. Recently I had to put my cat down. The service, in my opinion, was exceptional. The staff even sent me a card of condolence and signed it. I drive 25 minutes one way to see Dr. Mann even though I have a vet 5 minutes from my home because they are so amazing. Thank you for 14 years of wonderful service. I am looking forward to being a client for a long time.

Dr. Mann recently did surgery on our dog, and he and his staff took great care of him They helped us make the decision regarding surgery, and were kind and understanding when we called to see how the dog was doing during his post-op stay at the clinic . We have been going to Dr. Mann for over 20 years, and he has seen us through the lives and passings of our other dogs with care and gentleness. I highly recommend him.

New to the area and was recommended by a friend. The staff is lovely and truly makes my new puppy feel special. Everyone is patient and makes me feel ok about asking a thousand questions about my lil guy. I have never felt pressured into any procedure and feel the staff only suggests what is best for my pet.

I have been taking my dogs here since they were pups. This is a great vet office (all the vets are) and their prices are better than a lot of other places. I highly recommend them. I wish they serviced reptiles though :(
