I went in with my poor little sick cat and they turned me away and in a rude way. They couldve cared less, they were not helpful at all. My sis recommended them but I didnt get a good vibe. All they cared about was money. I said my sis told me 1st visit is free just to walk in and of course Id pay for the Dr and services and medication she 1st acted as if she hadnt a clue on what I was talking about then said oh if you go on line and get the coupon or code or whatever.. ok so you do know what Im talking about. As someone who works at a desk for people coming in to an establishment for whatever reason you are supposed to be helpful, maybe pull it up online and lets print it out, especially you know Im there for my sick cat. She didnt help at all she was rude and said we dont have walk ins although my sis said she just walked in. I asked how much just for the walk in if I made an appt.. 150. Im good i went to the one in brentwood they were affordable and nice.

This review is for the Met Vet location on McNeilly Road. Our cat required emergency surgery to repair an injured tail that was caught in a door hinge. The staff was very friendly and informative, and I feel that the treatment we received was excellent. It is worth noting, though, that the initial visits were pricey. We paid a $100 fee up front, just for the emergency visit, and that was before adding another $100 for bandaging, elizabethan collar, etc. Our cat required a partial amputation of his tail the following day. The surgery cost around $500 when all was considered. We were relieved to find out, after the initial surgical expenses, though, that all of the follow-up visits were free. All in all, we felt like our pet was well taken-care of, though, and thats the most important detail. The staff answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently, and we never had to spend a long time in the waiting area before being seen.

I have taken my cat to a few places since moving to the area and this is the best. The staff genuinely care for your pet and the vets do not try to rush you out of the door asap. For instance when I first moved here my cat was acting strange and he seemed to be constipated. One vet spent less than 5 minutes with us and wrote a script for Prozac. The next vet didnt even check him out and told the VA to give him an enema. The vets at VCA spent over 30 minutes with him, gave him xrays, and blood work. They suggested our next moves, gave him an enema and lactulose for his short term problems and even showed us comparisons of his problem to healthy cats. One vet had 8 cats! If thats not love, idk what is. They may be a little more expensive but so far Im very pleased. Will keep going back.

Lost both my pitties in 2015. The oldest went first. I couldnt even be in the room but the vet was so amazing. His name was Tech and was almost 16. I was sad to see Dr.Goode leave. In june or july our girl Sage left us a different vet but same level of care. In both cases they went above & beyond. We rescued a year old pit from Animal Rescue League and introduced him to his new vet friends and he loved them from first sight. Thank you, The Davis Family

I cant say enough things about how wonderful these folks are. It happened rather suddenly that our older dog needed to be put down so he didnt have to suffer, the girls at the front desk saw us coming in the door for our emergency appt and met us and took us immediately into a private room. They and the Vet were absolutely kind, patient and sympathetic. We never felt hurried or that money was their main concern. They sent a sympathy card and followed up with a phone call before we got his ashes back. Honestly they were amazing.

I was puppy sitting a new spayed puppy and one of her staples came loose. As you can imagine there was an emergency trip to the vet in my near future. The staff at VCA were incredibly helpful, kind, and truly made a very stressful experience as easy as possible. I called in advance to make sure theyd be able to see us in a reasonable time and we were there for maybe a little over an hour. The cost wasnt too bad even without insurance.

Both the Staff at VCA Metvet West and South we consider as family. Dr. P and Dr. Bunner are true angels. We have adopted many sick dogs in the last 10 years, and have always used their services. Our dogs have been welcomed by the Doctors and Staff at Met Vet Hospitals as their own, and given the highest level of treatment from the beginning of their lives to their very last breath.

Absolutely love this office! Took my sick puppy over Christmas Holiday and Dr. Au kept in touch with me over the whole holiday and answered emails during this time too. Have never had such a caring vet. All of the staff are so friendly and my puppies actually love going to the vet! Changed over to this practice instead of the one Ive been using for 20+ years!

This office was filthy! The staff seemed very unreliable and had a poor attitude. I have brought my pets here for years and boy has it really slipped downhill over the past few years. The staff seems to change often and lack experience. Very uncaring and cold. Will never ever go back there AGAIN!

The doctors and staff are wonderful!! They have taken amazing care of both my dogs and have gone out of their way to reassure me when they were sick. They helped nurse them back to health and my dogs and my family love them all there. They treat my dogs with love and respect.
