A coworker and I had a horrible experience with this vet. Back story: We were at Petco and one of the employees had a 2 to 3 weeks old puppy in his hand. He didnt look good. Someone had found him in a trash can along with his siblings, who had already passed on. My coworker notices milk bubbles coming from his nose, she informed Petco that he was exasperating and feeding him anymore milk would drown him. We asked if we could take him to a vet for them to have a look. We rushed to the closest clinic, which was Cy-Fair Veterinary Clinic. The vets both laughed and joked at the animals expense. We had to ask them to put him on oxygen. They hadnt thought of that! WTF! The vet staff wasnt very knowledgeable. They seemed to be in a hurry to get us out of there. They werent busy. They charged us an exam fee and for saline and nutri-cal. We didnt mind paying, because we wanted to help this puppy. We wanted so badly to save this puppys life. This puppy couldnt breathe. They pushed us out while he was gasping for air with fluids still coming out of his nose. We went straight to Animal Hospital on Jones Rd. They took the puppy, put him on oxygen right away. They examined him and let us know diligently, that he had pneumonia and a cleft pallet..along with exasperation. The vet over at Pet Hospital was very kind and very upfront with us. He wasnt going to make it. And he didnt make it. Pet Hospital Jones Rd. waived the exam fee. They knew we were trying to do the right thing as animal lovers. CY-FAIR CLINIC couldnt have examined him very well to miss EVERYTHING. We wasted an hour of this poor puppys life at CY-FAIR Clinic. PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR SICK PETS TO CY-FAIR CLINIC. They didnt care one bit. One kept laughing and calling him "an ugly bat" and would make uncalled for comments about the dying puppys appearance. Making gag sounds when shed see him. AGAIN. IF YOU WANT PROPER CARE FOR YOUR SICK PET/s, DO NOT GO TO CY-FAIR CLINIC. Go anywhere else, please. Merlin, RIP my friend. ~signed, The Woman in the Black Dress.

I highly recommend CyFair Veterinary Clinic and Dr. Lawrence. Without any reservations, I give them an unequivocal 5-star rating. Dr. Lawrence has given excellent care to all my previous pets (5 cats and 1 dog) over the past 30+ years and is still caring for my current two cats. She and all her staff have always treated my pets with the utmost concern and compassion and the best medical care any loving pet owner could ask for. I am so glad we found Dr. Lawrence all those years ago and am truly grateful for all she had done for my pets, past and present. Thank you Dr. Lawrence and your staff for all you do!

This is a great place to take your pets to. They are very friendly, caring, and knowledgable. What really impressed me to most, is that they stay open late; even after closing time to finish seeing all the walk-ins. Such a great customer service! I brought in my cat three weeks ago for a condition that persisted for months, even after visiting a different vet. for treatment. My cat already feels and looks much better only 3 weeks after I visited Cy-fair Pet Clinic. Great job.

I just wanted to thank Dr Lawrence and her staff for the care they gave our little kitten, Crowley yesterday. When we brought him in he was very lathargic for two days. They treated him and sent us home with some meds. When I got up this morning he seamed to be back to his rambunctious self. Thank you for all your help and care for our animals. We will continue to bring all our animals to your clinic for their care. And again I cannot say how great full I am.

Dr. Lawrence is my favorite vet of all time and I have been to vets in several states and two countries over a span of 30+ years. The staff have always been attentive and caring. Dr. L. spends time explaining the "knowns" and time and energy exploring, suggesting, answering questions on possibilities and options. I have never felt rushed or slighted or disappointed. I love this place and wish I had found it sooner. Buddy likes going there also.

My husband and I have been more than pleased with this vet office. Our cat was extremely sick and they went above and beyond to get her healthy and well. The vet personally called me to discuss her concerns with me and has returned all my calls to discuss any concerns I have had. They treat both my dog and cat as if they were their own and genuinely love and care for the animals. I couldnt ask for a better vet!

We are in the process of switching our dogs to Cy-Fair Pet Clinic. We had been going to a vet that we were no longer happy with and tried this one a couple of months ago. They have seen three of our dogs (one more to go) and we are so, so happy with them. They have found issues that the other vet couldnt and helped us diagnose and treat the conditions. We are very, very happy with this vet!

Cy-Fair Pet Clinic offers great care for pets and their humans. We have had excellent advice and care for both Ninja and Shade since we brought them to Dr. Lawrence and Amber. Both dogs were foundling pups and needed comfort and love. The prices are excellent and the care is outstanding!
